This hotel has become my second home, when I come to Da Nang. The second I arrived, I felt immediately welcomed by the staff. Employees make or break a business, and the WINK HOTEL has an amazing staff. From the bellhops, housekeeping, the reception staff and the breakfast staff, especially Ali. She was so positive and was happy to assist me every morning. Thank you Wink hotel and I will be back soon. I have also referred some friends to stay here.

This hotel is built on an exceptionally smart and thoughtful concept. We have been traveling throughout Vietnam for a month and chose this property primarily for its location and it exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival around 9:00 PM, a staff member immediately rushed over to assist us with our luggage and warmly welcomed us. From that moment, the level of service stood out. This is the first 4 star hotel we’ve stayed at that truly delivers such attentive hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with spoke excellent English and was consistently professional and kind. At 6:00 AM, I needed assistance using the laundry machine, and the front desk staff personally came up to guide me through the setup. The housekeeping team is constantly cleaning and maintaining the 20th floor which clearly reflects strong management and excellent staff training by the owner. Our room included breakfast, and when comparing this stay to other transitional accommodations we’ve experienced—ranging from Airbnbs to five-star hotels—this was genuinely outstanding value for money. I came across a few negative google reviews and honestly found them quite unfair; some guests seem unnecessarily difficult. Despite those comments, the hotel is extremely clean, efficient, and very well-suited for travelers. The amenities are impressive for the price! Fast Wi-Fi, a co-working station, lounge area, gym, laundry room, modern and practical design throughout, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast options, and the convenience of a 24-hour stay. For what I paid, it’s hard to imagine expecting more. Yes, the room is smaller compared to some other 4 star hotels, so I wouldn’t recommend a small room option for more than two guests. However, the space is intelligently designed. I particularly appreciated the shared sliding door for the shower and bathroom. It’s a clever solution. Having stayed in many transitional hotels in Japan, HK and Korea, I often found multiple sliding doors in bathrooms to be inconvenient, so this design felt refreshingly practical. This was truly the most valuable for I’ve ever spent on accommodation. It was exactly what we needed, and I would happily stay here again!

I heard they’ve switched over to Hyatt recently, and honestly I can see some changes already. The morning coffee machine now only got a few options left. I was hoping to get one hot cocoa, but don’t have anymore. The coffee I tried was so bitter until I couldn’t even take a second sip. Breakfast also mainly Korean-style now — I saw kimchi and japchae. Quite funny lah, because I’ve stayed at this hotel for a long time and I know the owner is not Korean. But somehow everything seems catered for Korean guests nowadays, even the manager also Korean. Maybe because there were so many Korean guests around, so can understand lah. the hygiene of the corridor carpet still not improved since my last stay. I’ll think twice about coming back again. My wife likes the hippie vibe here, so maybe will consider… but honestly, I’m not so sure anymore. One real highlight lah, honestly the main reason we’ve kept coming back over the years — is the staff. They always remember who we are, with a very high level of guest recognition that’s getting rare these days. Special shout-out to Trim at front desk, who consistently makes us feel genuinely welcomed every time.

The hotel is kind of new. Check-in was fast. Though there's this table-island right in front of the front desk that kind of obstructs the smooth flow of checking-in. We came in when it was raining and the staff was kind enough to lend us some golf umbrellas and raincoats to use for the duration of our stay. Our room was spacious enough and the bed was situated in such a way that you had a great view of the Han river and the Dragon bridge in the distance. The door to the bathroom doubled as the door to the shower area so there was a tendency for the bathroom floor to be wet. The hotel was walking distance to the Han riverwalk and was surrounded by massage spas and some small businesses and eateries and marts. Also a block away from the Pink Church. The breakfast spread was ok though they served coffee in small paper cups that had a tendency to leak. The restaurant itself has a very good vibe about it as you had a great view of the city while having hot pho. Overall, our stay was pleasant and memorable. Would stay at the same hotel again if we do get to visit Da Nang in the future.

We had the corner Appartement on the 17th floor. The rooms are small but capableog holding two people and two large luggage’s. The rooms were clean, that’s the most important part. The service was very good. Everyone was polite and doing a good job. We used the Washmashine and dryer on the 20th floor, which were working fine. The office rooms are great with a beautiful view. In general the view was perfect and nice. The location is also good. Bike rental is best, bars and restaurants also just a minute walk and at the same time it wasn’t loud. Totally recommendable

Coming from Dallas, Texas, this was my first time visiting Da Nang. As a Hyatt Globalist, I chose this hotel and it was the perfect decision. The location is unbeatable—right next to Han Market and the Pink Cathedral, making it incredibly easy to explore on foot. The breakfast was outstanding, and the value for money is top-notch. Every staff member was kind and welcoming, making my stay truly comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang!

Great location! Walkable distance to Han market. Was not impressed with the check in and check out process, reception was a small stall-like counter, but blocked by a big island table. Love the view from the room, can see dragon bridge from …

I loved this hotel. I am so glad it is now one of Hyatt's brands. The hotels feels very new and fresh. My room was small, but very efficiently designed and comfortable. I got upgraded to a high floor corner room and the views from both windows were spectacular, especially that of the Dragon Bridge. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My special thanks go to Ren and James, who welcomed me so warmly to the hotel. Breakfast is good, with, I think, enough choices for all tastes. It can be crowded at times and a bit chaotic, but I had no problems getting a table. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the pink Da Nang Cathedral, Han market, river promenade and the Dragon Bridge. Lots of very nice restaurants, spas, nail salons and coffee shops. There is a very good optometrist shop within about 7-8 minutes walking distance from the hotel, where you can get glasses and sunglasses made for your prescription at very reasonable prices. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at Wink Danang Centre and I can highly recommend it.
