Windbell Villa Hoi An

Staff very attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. I re-injured my knee in old town Hoi An during my visit. Windbell staff procured crutches and an ice pack for me and moved us to another room so I wouldn't have as many stairs to climb.

The best hotel! I stayed for few days and came back after leaving for another hotel. The owners are very helpful with everything and easygoing about stuff, the place itself has a good pool and and a mini market inside which is convenient.

The only thing that didn’t work for us was the breakfast but we are vegan so maybe for others it would be ok. Owner is super friendly and helpful

I planned to stay for 2 days but extended it to 5 days. The room was so spacious and comfortable, the staff so nice and the location is excellent. Has a nice pool too. Everyone is so accommodating and can help you with anything you need. Main guy speaks decent English. Very reasonable price too. Zero complaints. I will happily stay there again next time I’m in Hoi An and recommend to anyone!

We had such a beautiful time at Windbell Villa! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the location is perfect! The hotel is just a couple of walking minutes away from the canteen and we found it to be the perfect mixture between city buzz and calm atmosphere. We planned to stay just two nights, but extended and stayed six. That speaks for itself. Thank you!!

We had a great stay with Mr Hoa and his lovely family. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the sparkling pool. Breakfast was cooked to order which was great. A nice quiet area 10 minutes walk to the old town.

Wow, this place is a little piece of heaven! We came for 4 nights and we enjoyed so much and stayed for 3 weeks!!! The room is huge, the shower always had super hot water and strong pressure. 🚿 🧼 They cleaned our room and changed the towels every single day. 🧽 🧖‍♀️ Pool is super nice and refreshing for hot days! 🏊 🔥 Breakfast was lovely, and their restaurant offers delicious food at great prices — we had lunch and dinner there a few times. 🍲 🍜 The staff was incredibly kind and helped me with everything I needed! ♥️ You can rent from the homestay a scooter or bicycle to explore the beauty of Hoi An — totally worth it!
