Really lovely place with comfortable beds (not like the typical Vietnamese mattress!). The staff are friendly and cook breakfast fresh in the morning. It's a little out of town but closer to the beach. There's a nice spa offering good massages opposite, a great vegetarian restaurant 10mins walk away, and an American diner that's worth a look for the cocktails. I'm sad to leave there today.

Without a doubt the best place we have stayed in our month in Vietnam. The rooms are so spacious, light and clean and hostess and other lady who helps are some of the kindest people we met on our travels… the owner even bought a soft toy for my toddler son to say thank you for staying. We can’t wait to come back!!
Me and my husband stay at suite room and we love it so much! Bali style bath and pool are so photogenic. Breakfast is very tasty, you can choose European or Vietnamese style dishes. Ms.Hien is very friendly and nice. Also it is very nice that you can take bicycle for free during your stay. I highly recommend this villa and I will come back here for sure!
Very beautiful villa. Extremely nice host and staff. It felt like staying with a family or friends. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and always served with a smile and the pool are is very nice and relaxing. Beautiful spacious rooms, luxury at a very affordable price. Definitely would go back and recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is super Friendly and provide good service. The Rooms are big and I loved the style!! I would recommand this place since its also an escape from the busy old town but still not far away.
I recently stayed at this homestay in Hoi An and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed with the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A special mention goes to Anh, who was incredibly supportive, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. She truly made the experience special for us. The homestay itself is amazing! The room was spotless and had a beautiful bathtub inside—such a nice touch for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring Hoi An. The entire place is immaculately clean and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable environment. Anh also went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She kindly arranged a bicycle for us to explore the town and even helped organize a bike rental. It was so thoughtful and made getting around so much easier. The people here are truly wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast served was delicious and prepared fresh according to our preferences in their lovely open kitchen. It felt like home away from home. I highly recommend Honestay to anyone visiting Hoi An. Don’t hesitate for a second to book your stay here—you’ll be in great hands. Looking forward to returning someday!
The best place to stay in Hoi An is Villa de champagne. A quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. They have several bikes you can use to easily get to downtown or the beach. The pool is clean and well maintained. The staff is always available and friendly. Room service came daily to change out towels. The bathroom is nice and clean. I saw another review that said “if I could give 11/10 stars I would” and I couldn’t agree more.
Amazing host. The owner is always available and quick to reply. She’s friendly, accommodating, and speaks good english. The hotel is gorgeous, with plants all over. My only tip is that if you want to use the tub, you have to book a room …
I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights at the beginning of March. Although it was the peak season and very busy, the owner and staff were very friendly and always ready to help us anytime and anywhere. I think this is the best value place I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. The facilities are convenient, and the breakfast is delicious and very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
2 stars might seem unfair, given that it’s a big room and it’s clean - but to be honest I feel on booking we were basically lied to: it says „Family Suite: 60 sqm“ but it’s max 30 sqm; it says „„Private pool“, but the pool is shared with all hotel guests (obviously its not a „public pool“ for the whole neighbourhood). I understand this could be a misunderstandinh since I saw pictures of a huge bathtub that looks like on a balcony - but I was told that doesn’t even exist. I also didn’t really like the vibe of the owner, although she obviously tried with overly smiley attitude to make us like it, but it seemed a bit fake and stressed - like those spring roles they would prepare for us as a gift, so we came back home early, to then realised it basically just frying deep frozen Springrolls from super market. To be clear: the service/ cleaning lady was the one person who was actually nice and charming. The poor dog on a chain all day long every day in the back yard together with a big bird in a small cage were like a symbol of something being a bit sad and off here. If youre in the area I recommend the lions room for the best pasta (including Italy) and piatti cafe for the best brunch and coffee
Our stay at Villa de Campagne Hoi An was truly special. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful rice fields, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful — especially at sunrise and sunset. It feels quiet and private. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with lovely details. The bathtub space feels unique and unusual. The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made us feel at home. We left feeling rested, happy, and grateful — and we would absolutely stay here again.
