Love this hotel! There’s a free shuttle/taxi service to old town which is really helpful. The vibe of the hotel is lovely, and reminded me of a scene from an Agatha Christie book (in a good way!). There’s some open burning that takes place on the streets outside of the hotel and some of the smoke came through into the rooms overnight which made my throat a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, I loved my stay here. The breakfast was relaxing, so was the pool, the beach, and ping pong area. The staff were very helpful and nice too!
Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa

This beach resort is located at Cua dai beach in Hoi An. We were there for drinks while visiting our family staying at this resort for few days. They have huge infinity pool overlooking the sea and they have private beach and full spa as well. It features Indochine architecture with small lane paths and picturesque ponds. It's a great resort to stay in Hoi An.
Stayed here very recently. Lovely traditional hotel. Super clean and tidy. Lots of lovely little touches everywhere. Great location. Great Beach. Food in restaurant is the best I had in the whole of Vietnam. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved it.
Lovely room facing the ocean and wonderful service from Suong and Diem both at the front desk. They understand our needs and gave good recommendations throughout our stay. Glad we decided to stay here throughout our Danang/Hoi An holiday !
The hotel is perfect, from rooms to the staff you can't find fault. I recommand the spa for their massages, it's an experience you have to try. The food is excellent. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Be aware that you have to take a taxi, book a grab or book a shuttle bus to visit the old town by yourself but if
Great beach and pool area. Pool bar open all day and evening. Restaurant and bar open for breakfast and dinner. Very nice, peaceful and safe. 20 minute Grab ride from town, shuttle also available. Great grounds and ambiance.
Probably the top 3 resorts in Hoi An! Our room was a dream. The service and staff were way above you could wish for. Breakfast included and great variety for all travelers local and foreign. We had ocean front and very romantic. This resort is the opposite from a busy street in Hanoi or Saigon. We arrived in the first week of January and had sunny and rainy days. The rainy occurred 20% of the time so it made the stay so romantic across the board. Grab taxi took less than 5 mins to get to us consistently even 7am leaving for the airport. A quick 20min ride into the old quarter area made things very convenient. If you want something romantic and relaxing, just book at Victoria Beach Resort in Hoi An. 1 hour from Da Nang airport during peak hours, faster if you travel before 8am.
We stayed here in January and realy enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean with a great pool and lovely beach. The restraunt is also very nice, although there are plenty of other options for food 10 minutes from the hotel. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from town which is perfect for evening meals and the night markets. There is also plenty to do for the kids, the games room, cinema, football pitch, tennis court and kayak hire (free) kept them busy for hours. I'm already planning my next stay here!
We had the pleasure of staying here during our first trip to Hoi An (and Vietnam!), and it truly set the bar high. The staff were absolutely incredible. So kind, attentive, and accommodating, with a real eye for detail. We had a small issue in our original room that we didn’t even feel the need to report, but the room staff noticed it immediately on their own, and concierge went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and we enjoyed our spa service voucher. There’s a daily free shuttle to town 3 times a day which is very handy. The whole property is clearly well maintained, with staff always around tending to the grounds and facilities. The overall vibe and decor is full of character - cool, unique, and beautifully tied to its history. We absolutely loved our stay!
A very beautiful hotel! It is designed with the references to Hoi An ancient architecture and has the special spirit of this region. This hotel has everything for comfortable vacation, no matter family, friends or single trip. I am very …
Beautiful hotel in a great location on the beach. Staff were so friendly and breakfast included was good quality. Rooms were very nice and clean. We chose a river view room, which did face the street, so just be aware of that. If you look at the map you’ll see the layout. The street isn’t super busy but you will hear traffic and people in Vietnam use their horns constantly. Windows and doors are well insulated, more an issue with using the balcony.
We recently stayed at the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and honestly loved every minute of it. It was easily one of the most amazing properties and hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel grounds are stunning. Being right on the sea obviously poses challenges for upkeep, but the maintenance team was impeccable. We saw them painting and doing routine maintenance right while we were there, which showed how much they care about the property. The staff were the absolute highlight, so well-trained, hospitable, and kind. We have to give a special shout-out to Duc (Mr. Pool). He made everything function perfectly; without Duc, I’m not sure what the pool and beach experience would even be! We also loved Lilly, a trainee in the dining room. She was a favorite of ours, so kind, friendly, bubbly, and genuine. If I were being very specific, there were a couple of minor things: the boards around the pool could use some re-screwing to ensure they don't move, and there was a tiny bit of hard water residue on the back of the shower door. However, these were hardly noticeable and didn't bother us at all given how wonderful the rest of the experience was. We are already planning our return and can't wait to upgrade to an on the sea room next time!
