Awesome serviced apartment. I had 3 nights stay here. It is really good experience. The apartment with nice and unique design, fully furniture, very convinience. It is also have kitchen for me so I can cook. The bed and everything are so good and comfortable. They are have inside pool, gym and parking. Everything is free. The owner and staff are very helpful. They answer and help me all the things I need. Very recommend it!

I spent 4 nights and 5 days here with my lover and they did not provide room make up service at all during the mean time. They said they provide cleaning service after 3 nights but when I asked for it, they said they were too busy so could not clean my room when I came back from touring around. Saying they will clean next day morning when I will have to be busy preparing for check out. What a useless service.. They dont give towels in daily basis and I got new pair of towels after 3 nights of staying here. I also asked for extra pillow and they even charged money for it 50k per night. Every morning I had to suffer from noise of construction inside the building. Newly built so still has dust on floor. I would not come back again.

Place look nice. - wifi is so slow, unusable - if you don’t clean everyday, provide enough toilet paper, trash can, mope, so guests can self clean - only 1 key, it need to be insert at all time for electrical to work. So you can’t leave separately or leave if someone is in the room - bike rental need gas, if you don’t ask, and don’t look, you will have to push your bike for a long distance because gas station is hard to find and far away and not in the city. - no security guard or front desk, have to keep asking for stuff and look for someone because noone is there. - need to bring your own 2 prongs plug, so if you have anything w 3, you can’t use it - swimming pool is so dirty - nothing is in surrounding - no breakfast for the price

Easy to check-in and checkout. Good price and location. Clean and comfy! Big room and you can wash your clothes with washing machine in the room. Definitely stay here again. There is a cafe&souvenir downstair too.

I would recommend this place to all, our room was very good with all things you need for a longer stay ( except maybe an oven and some more kitchen utensils if you are thinking about cooking yourself ) and I didn’t see one bug in our five week stay here. There one AC for every room and the beds are big and veeery comfortable. Great people in the reception who helped with all our questions. Totally recommend!

When we arrive, the room are quite clean with free coffee, tea and water. They will provide cleaning service, clean the room, change bedsheets and towels once a week. We also have washing machine, microwave and fridge inside the room. It is 15min walk to the beach and 8min to the river and Vincom Plaza to do your shopping and grocery,etc. For me, best choice if you're in a budget but wants a good accomodation and service.
