The apartments were clean, there was a washing machine for us to do laundry. The owners were kind enough to provide us with some laundry detergent. It was a very comfortable stay.

The apart hotel is new, clean and most rooms have a beautiful view of the river and lights of the city at night. The rooms are fully equipped for a longer stay. Also, the location is central and the price is excellent value for money. The family that runs it is very accommodating and caring. Recommended!

Stayed for 1 night in February 2023. Dong greeted us and helped explain an extra charge that the cab driver was asking for. She was friendly, helpful and even suggested a great place to get mi quang near by (and she was totally right! It was delicious) The apartment was clean and spacious - small desk, small table and closet. Larger fridge and actual kitchen so it would be great if you needed to stay for an extended period of time. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was fine, not the softest, but totally fine. Great A/C keeping us cool. Even had a washing machine which we did not get to use. Only drawbacks: a rooster living next door - crowing loudly very early in the morning, and the temple behind ringing a gong repeatedly very early too. (I realize this has nothing to do with the property itself) Good location - walking distance to good food, not too far from Dragon bridge. Would 100% stay again if I am in Da Nang. Good value for money!

Bed is terribly uncomfortable

Through AirBnB, I had a wonderful 2 month stay in a very large well lit apartment that had its own living room/kitchen space, a separate large bedroom with a king size bed and en suite shower room/toilet. It had daily housekeeping and was very clean. The host was also excellent and very helpful. Tiditel is in the Hai Chau area which is the city center of Da Nang and you could easily walk to the Han River and the Dragon Bridge. It’s surrounded by local life in an area that’s un-touristy and is a good way to get to know the real Vietnam. Lots of food places and cafes nearby too.

Lived over a year here, and it was great. Convenient location - could walk to get anything I wanted, and close to be river and easily get to Dragon Bridge, walking along the river. Owners' were also attentive, and helped me with anything I needed.

Service is GREAT! Cleaning young lady is very polite and diligent. LOVE HER! I would recommend if you need just a few days to catch up on sleep from Jetlag. Washing machine outside the room on the balcony. Mattress is a little firm but I like it. Not complaining. Location is great as there are little coffee shops on the street and a few BBQ restaurants a few steps away.

Good place to stay. Staff is good and service is also good
