I have never stayed in such a terrible five-star hotel. When I told them I was bitten by insects, they only gave me an ointment to treat it, and no professional doctor examined my body. This prevented me from continuing my trip and caused me to miss the rest of my hotel stay because I was so uncomfortable and itchy that I could only rest in my room. After being bitten by insects, the pimples became very large and extremely itchy. Everyone should be very careful. This hotel's handling of the situation was very unprofessional. They did not put the health of their guests first and refused to cooperate with any treatment!

Visted - June My stay at Tia Wellness in Vietnam was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and luxurious. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the experience personalized and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to relax, reset, and treat yourself to some real self-care, Tia Wellness is perfect. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and mentally reset. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

We really enjoyed our stay at Tia wellness! The highlight for us was the excellent vegan/plant based food, the spa inclusive services and classes, and the amazing location and facilities like the gym and pool. The all day breakfast and flexible dining locations was really special, every spa treatment was amazing and we really relaxed here. They even arranged a special surprise for our anniversary and we booked the 6 course dinner which was very special. Would certainly stay here again.

TIA Wellness Resort Da Nang is one of the best value luxury stays in Da Nang if you are looking for a wellness-focused retreat. My family visited during Lunar New Year in February, and these were our experiences. The resort’s architecture is centred on relaxation and healing. Lush greenery is carefully maintained, and the design draws inspiration from Zen philosophy, balancing yin and yang with subtle Taoist influence. I would describe the aesthetic as chic wellness design, not immediately drawing attention, but quietly calming and comfortable. Accommodation consists entirely of villas, which means generous space regardless of the category you choose. The rooms follow a consistent Zen style throughout. However, from a personal perspective, the interiors feel understated and could benefit from stronger focal details to create more warmth — for example decorative interior elements or intimate Chandelier. or the ocean resemble or inspired decorative. Sound insulation is good and the stone flooring feels premium. While the overall construction quality is strong, some amenities feel inferior, such as sofa pieces that resemble mid (IKEA-style) furniture. Bonus: 1 bed room villa feels like you are in a middle of no where. Despite this, the villas remain very comfortable for a relaxing stay. Service was one of the best we have experienced in Vietnam, particularly in Da Nang. Turn-down service is provided, and the team demonstrates proactive, high-touch hospitality by listening carefully and responding effectively in different situations. They anticipate guest needs well — for example, noticing that we had a late flight and offering late check-out, followed by proactively updating the key cards. The front office team operates quickly and efficiently. While there is still room for refinement and occasional overlap in request handling, the overall service style — casual yet professional — works very well and is comparable to luxury five-star resorts such as Ritz-Carlton. Food and drink quality is exceptional, especially from a clean and healthy perspective. If you follow a wellness-oriented diet, this resort is an excellent choice. Even for casual diners, the experience encourages healthier eating. We ordered simple items such as smoothies with whey, oats, and fruit; ingredients were fresh, high quality, and minimally processed with little oil. Breakfast stands out as one of the best we have experienced in Vietnam. The selection is curated rather than extensive — including smoked salmon, warm dishes like brown rice sticky rice and grilled meats — but the ingredient quality is consistently high. Spa is a core highlight. It is advisable to book treatments in advance to secure preferred time slots. Therapist skill level is strong compared with many other resorts. The location is ideal for relaxation but slightly less convenient for exploring central Da Nang, making it best suited for a retreat-style stay. Overall, the resort can be described as a more casual interpretation of a Four Seasons-style. What stood out most to us were the lush green environment (less people), comfort, staff service, and breakfast quality. At around 400 USD, it represents strong value (within Danang). Personally, the architectural style is not entirely aligned with my taste, the resort grounds is quite small and can be bored if you are an explorer youth. yet within the Da Nang market, this remains a top choice resort. Thank you to the resort team for the care and attention throughout our stay. The consistency of service is a major strength, and the team deserves continued recognition and support as well as the benefit.

Fabulous stay at TIA. It’s 20 minute drive from the airport, and 5-10 drive from local restaurants and bars. We stayed at a quieter time of year - very few other guests but the weather has been lovely. Rooms are spacious with an inclusive (non alcoholic) mini bar that is restocked daily. The pool in the villa is lovely and private. There are 2 other large communal pools in the resort which are beautiful. Food is exquisite. The included breakfast (served at any time of day) is more than you can eat, with unlimited drinks (proper machine espresso coffees, fresh juices etc) and fabulous selection. The spa is awesome. Really classy treatment rooms and very well trained staff. The 80 minute inclusion per guest per day can be spilt between massages and facial, manicures etc. There is also a massive private sauna, steam room, showers etc that can be booked without additional payment. All in all a wonderful, luxurious, escape from reality.

I’m a discerning traveller and can’t say enough wonderful things about Tia. It’s an immaculately run operation, with more attention to detail, kindness and care than any place I can remember. The grounds are perfectly maintained, the room is gorgeous, stocked every day with complimentary drinks and snacks, the massages are by skilled professionals and heavenly, every effort is made at the wellness center from scheduling to comfort to genuine guest care. The pools are stunning, the breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had anywhere, with lots of healthy things like apple cider and ginger shots, and the room service is extensive and many items are available all night long. Hands down the best wellness center I’ve ever been to. If you want a magical experience and peace, come here!

A wonderful place! I really enjoyed my experience at the resort spa. I tried both Reiki and a full-body massage, and everything was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff were professional and caring, and the treatments helped me feel calm and refreshed. I especially appreciated the Reiki session — it was very effective and truly healing. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a few nights during my trip to Vietnam and wished I stayed here longer because this was the highlight of my travels! Tia Wellness is so thoughtful and well designed. The property is beautiful, clean and feels luxurious. The staff were all super professional, kind and friendly. I loved the breakfast- the fresh juices were my morning highlight! Also, the massages/ spa treatments were so lovely and made my stay super relaxing. I truly love this hotel so much I want to return to Da Nang just so that I ca come back here. Sadly it wasn’t the best beach weather while I visited so I was unable to take full advantage of the pool/ beach amenities.

My partner and I are incredibly satisfied with our stay at this wellness resort. We stayed for four nights and honestly have nothing to complain about. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding – every single member of the staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure you feel taken care of. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great variety and high-quality options that made every morning a pleasure. The villas are beautiful, modern, and very clean, creating a calm and luxurious atmosphere that truly allows you to relax and unwind. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and we would happily return without hesitation.

A so so experience. Wine was put in a hard plastic cup. It lower my mood alot. Deposit when checkin is only 10K VND, very funny. Breakfast is nice. Restaurant food is under expectation but very expensive. Vila & massage is good. I love bathing here. U can purchase some herbal package for bathing, staff will set it up for u.

AMAZING! The people were wonderful, the service first rate and the place was beautiful. It looked like paradise. The infinity pool looked into the ocean and the beach was right there. The breakfast was part of our stay and the spread was delicious and the variety was enormous They had a vegan section and western food section too. But the best were the massages we received at the spa. One service came with each night of stay. They last day we even got two back to back.
