Booked a 4 bedroom Villa with a pool. Comfortable stay and the service team was top notch. Would definately recommend.

This is a fantastic resort with multiple minute details thought through.. our villa was L13 and we even had umbrellas and slippers provided to us. Really enjoyed this place.

when I stayed luxury ocean billas, unfortnately storm came very near-by billas. So I did't enjoyed pool and facilities. But billas were very comportable and has good landscape. Especially tony's gave me perfect services for staying in there. I really appreciate.

It was a precious stay from January 5th to 8th. Especially, managers Lisa and Tony were incredibly kind and the best managers. I'll use it again next time.

Very quiet and private villa. Spacious and clean. The only downside is that you need a car even to the closest supermarket. Half hour drive to either downtown or Hoi An.

I assume it’s a scam - please do not book. They pretended that our card is not valid - but I do not see rejected charges. Directly afterwards they put the same apartment for higher price online. Dear team enjoy your scammness.

We stayed at Villa L1 hosted by Ha Pham She was a super host You can find her on air B&B She took care of us really well We felt like home here The house it self was big spacious and well maintained There is a helper that comes everyday to clean the house and change the towels.. One of the best places to stay in Da Nang. Beautiful luxurious rooms that are very clean. Very kind staff and we had breakfast made for us every morning right here in the villa. The spa was also amazing! What an unforgettable experience. I would stay here again! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 night in a 2 bedroom villa and overall we enjoyed it. Honestly we felt it wouldn't be much of a advantage to stay here in rainy season as most of the time you would be indoor and couldn't enjoy the facilities within the property. Villa was very beautiful and big and we enjoyed it. In an unique experience the food was served hot within the villa and it was good. They will serve hot to savour. The team was kind enough to prepare for the veg breakfast as requested with good number of veg options with pre set menu It was managed by butlers and were helpful to respond to any queries quickly and were accomodative for many requests. However we felt there were very less staff to support like for luggage handling and all which I believe could be improved. Also it's a request to check everything is in working condition within the villa before giving it over to the guests. ( As for our case there were issues related to bath tub and those fixed at the earliest possible time )
