The Nalod Da Nang

Definitely just a three star hotel. Room and facilities are a bit outdated and the soundproofing is horrible, can hear people talking, walking on the corridor and closing doors, even can hear sounds from next room. Hot water isn’t stable. Only good thing is the staffs are nice.

For first time in my life seeing slippers plastic one .. 5 stars hotel ranking but its -5 stars in fact .. rooms with bad smell, old design, elevators are scary and reception with bad smell also. Very bad hotel and not deserve any ranking.. do not even think to try it

Had a great experience with a 90 min aroma spa session with Trong The spa session was so good, relaxing and great value for money and Trong did an amazing job with the right amount of pressure, making me feel so relaxed Thank you

The stay the staff were all amazingly helpful and really sweet. Special shout out to the chef &staff at restaurant being a vegetarian it was difficult to get choices the chef customised to meet the requirement. Also would like to thank NGOC from the front office she was very helpful.

I stayed at The Nalod hotel and it was an amazing experience! The location is beautiful, the service is truly top-notch. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking both the city and the beach. All the staff are very polite, friendly, and professional. I also visited “Sen Spa” today, and I can confidently say it’s the best spa I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere inside is cozy, elegant, and perfectly clean. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady named Lien. She was polite, always smiling, very hospitable, and even offered us delicious tea. I really appreciated her excellent service. I will definitely come back here again in the future – highly recommend!

Best affordable hotel opposite to beach. You have good restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast in the hotel is the best. You will love the food. The reception staffs are very friendly and supportive. They even packed our breakfast food at 4 am for out early flight. Don’t think to book. It’s been a memorable stay for us.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Nalod. The rooms include everything that a family needs. The ocean view from the room is awesome. Location is top notch. Just walk across to the beach which is neat and breezy. Staffs are very polite. They always carry a smile. Especially Staff NHI who helped us to sort out an issue with our cabin baggage that got lost. We realised after we came to the room. She went extra mile to talk to airport staff in local language to get it sorted. Many thanks for her help.

Awesome!!! Feels like home. Great location. We like all. The staffs are very nice. I had a relaxing experience and was very satisfied after using the spa service. Lady name Chau is very attentive. If you go there, try asking for her.

Worst hotel by a mile! Do not try this ever. Forget 5 Star, this is not even 3 star. I have seen 2 star hotels in better condition than this. Room has mosquito everywhere, mold. And they are not fixing anything. Wash basin water outlet valve is broken. Pipe is the worst quality, overall hygiene issues everywhere. They claim king size bed but it's not even fully queen size, 2 people won't be able to fit properly, forget space. When we tell them, they say it's the same size in every room of the hotel. The staff is acting as if all of this is normal. And when we say what other options are available, then to their advantage, only suite rooms, the most expensive rooms are only available. No care for experience for customer.

Very Disappointing Stay This hotel was a huge disappointment. There were constant problems throughout the stay, especially with the plumbing and hot water. The hot water was unreliable and often didn’t work at all, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. Everything feels old, worn out, and in need of renovation. On top of that, the rooms are very small, cramped, and uncomfortable, with barely enough space to move around. Overall, the hotel does not meet basic standards of comfort or quality. Between the plumbing issues, lack of hot water, and outdated, tiny rooms, this stay was frustrating and not worth the price. We chose The Nalod Hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary, and it turned out to be an absolutely unforgettable experience. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was beautifully decorated with roses and towel swans, and we were surprised with a fresh cake that said “Happy 5 Year Anniversary” along with a heartfelt card. Such thoughtful details truly meant a lot to us. The location is perfect, it is right by the beach. You literally just cross the street and you’re there. We stayed on the 17th floor and had a stunning sea view from our room, which made waking up every morning a joy. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was extremely thorough, leaving everything perfectly clean and organized each day, and room service was excellent. The hotel facilities are fantastic as well. The rooftop swimming pool is large, very clean, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the ocean, with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax under. There is also a restaurant and spa, which makes the stay even more convenient. Despite being a high-rise hotel, you never have to wait long for the elevator since there are five lifts, which makes moving around very quick and easy. What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful: assisting with luggage, opening doors, calling elevators, and always making sure we were comfortable. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. This has honestly been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had, especially for such a reasonable price. We would highly recommend The Nalod Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang, and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a very good stay here over the Tet holiday. At around $40 a night for a Sea View room, it feels like exactly the right price point for this particular hotel. The Upsides: The Views: Absolutely wonderful views from the room. The Staff: The room cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and brilliant. They completely elevated the experience. The Location: It’s in a decent, convenient spot. The Downsides: Room Condition: The rooms are feeling a little distressed and tired. There is some noticeable wear and tear, and a few minor things weren't working properly. Despite the room needing a bit of a refresh, the incredible staff, great views, and fair pricing made it a very enjoyable stay overall.
