My favorite place to stay in Da Nang. Stayed here for 2 and a half months, enjoyed the peace. Beds are comfortable and clean. The common area/office room is a nice addition to guests. Natalie is the nicest reception - very caring and attentive. Made my time in Da Nang much easier. Location is great for food and all too, close to the beach too. Highly recommend travelers to stay here!

This was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Clean, plenty of space, en suite with a separate shower to the toilet, a fridge, and easy to get in and out of top bunk bed due to the construction of the beds, super friendly staff. I really needed my laundry back so the lovely lady at the reception jumped on her bike to go and collect it for me which she didn't have to do 🙌🏽. Plenty of places to eat near by. Also a shower located in the reception area so you can freshen up whilst waiting to check in etc. One last point I would like to make which is that this is the first hostel I have stayed in which has a full length mirror 😂🙌🏽 which is a nice bonus. Who doesn't like checking what their outfit looks like! Would definitely recommend!

BED BUGS, STAY AWAY!!!! (17. Jan 2026) Sadly I don't have a picture, I was too shocked to make some. On top of that also moldy and dirty bathroom. At least they refunded me. Note you will not really find the bad reviews on Booking.com and similar as they cancel the bookings, making it impossible to leave a review.

Only stayed the one night in a mixed room, due to onward travel plans. The mixed room is on the third-storey of a walk-up which might pose a challenge to some. The room was lack lustre due to the bed being cavernous and having a damp air feeling, my hypothesis is that the best beds are on the top bunk with two open sides. The team members Brian and Lemon were phenomenal, Brian went above and beyond insisting to carry my luggage even when I offered to help. Lemon had a cheery, positive attitude with a lot to share about her country and Da Nang city proper. She also took incredible initiative by translating and calling the bus company that had made detoured plans and chasing the laundry agency to speed up delivery of my clothes. The three dogs/mascots were lively and well-behaved. The hostel is also about two blocks from the beach, three blocks from the party district and is surrounded by continental and Vietnamese fare.

Starting with the positives. The staff are all very friendly and nice to chat with. They even help carry heavy backpacks up the stairs, which I really appreciated. The location is great, only about a 3 min walk to the beach with plenty of western food options nearby. The bed area itself is spacious, with curtains for privacy and enough room to keep your things beside you. The price is good, and the AC works well. There’s also a fan in the room which helps keep it comfortable. Now the bad things. The beds are hard as a rock. The stair up to the top bunks blocks the dorm entrance door, so every time someone opens or closes it, it’s extremely loud and rubs against the wood. You have to slam it to shut it fully, which shakes the bed that’s right by the door. Another major issue is that the hostel has signs saying you can’t keep luggage in the dorm and must use the outdoor lockers. If you’re staying long term like I was (3 weeks), everything you own will start to grow mold from the humidity outside. The bathroom in the mixed dorm was disgusting. The toilet had yellow stains on it for a full week until someone complained. Then all the staff came in to take photos, and it was cleaned after that. The cleaning lady doesn’t actually clean much, she turns on the shower, flushes the toilet, and takes out the trash. That’s about it. The bathroom constantly smells bad because of the moisture, and there’s water leaking from the ceiling. There’s black mold all over the ceiling, vent, and walls. It seriously needs deep cleaning on a regular basis. I stayed in the 4th floor dorm and started waking up with bites every night. I suspected bedbugs since I was hardly ever outside because of the rain, so I knew it wasn’t mosquitoes. I checked my bed three or four times but never found proof until one morning I woke up and saw a bug crawling on my bed. The staff offered to wash all of my belongings for free, which I appreciated, and they moved me to a different room on the 3rd floor. But I also saw another bedbug in that room. There were blood smears on the wall and ceiling from other guests killing them before, and even a dead bug left on the wall. If you look closely at the sheets or mattress, there are small blood spots everywhere, clear signs of bedbugs. I am currently COVERED in bites. I honestly should not have stayed as long as I did. The location was convenient, the price was good, and I’m a creature of habit, so I didn’t want to move again, but that was my mistake for ignoring the warning signs. To the staff I got to know, you were all awesome, and I really appreciated your kindness. Your management needs to do much better. The place could be great with proper cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and a few policy changes. Right now though, it’s not in good condition, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until those issues are fixed.

The staff is so friendly here and so are the puppers. The first time i stepped foot into the place I know it wouldn't disappoint and it certain did not. From accomodating my early arrival and getting the room ready on time, the staff helped immensely. Directions to places for food and attraction was also given properly. Solo travellers traveling first time to Da Nang, this is your go to place

I spent 3 nights here last January. I was surprised that it was really close to the beach. Location is just across the Bikini Bottom Express which a lot of people recommended when in Da Nang. Service is great. The staff are really welcoming and kind. The only thing is the amenities inside the dorm itself, there was no blower and there are mosquitoes but aside from that, I had a good stay. This is not a social hostel and everyone kept to themselves which I like the best. I’m already planning on going back to Vietnam and will def return here.
