The Five Villas Đà Nẵng

We have enjoyed 6 wonderful days at The Five Villas, K3. Mr Huy and his staff provided excellent service throughout the whole stay. Pickup service on arrival and departure. Big breakfast every day and always service minded staff. They gave us also a free barbeque dinner due to a misunderstanding. The beach front location is perfect and it is only 20 minutes by taxi to the beutiful city Hoi An. We strongly recommend The Five Villas and Mr Huy & Staff.

This is a nice place, The service was good and there are friendly staffs here. Especially I want to thanks Hai, He really is a passionate and hardworking person, We've been received a lot of concern from him during we staying. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that they were fussing about a few towels and said that we took away a few face towels. We lived for nearly a month. As for taking away these worthless things?

Great location for family or for a business/team building stay. 15 mins from the beach and comes with its own pool. Decent rooms and very friendly staff

The Villa comfortably accommodated our group of sixteen, with generous communal spaces and ample room to gather. That said, the experience varied greatly depending on where you laid your head: some guests enjoyed quite grand and well-appointed rooms, while others, found the accommodations far less refined. Our bed, unfortunately, seemed quite old and was a bit lumpy. Daily cleaning by the staff was a welcome inclusion, but beyond that, amenities were minimal. The long list of house rules often felt restrictive, and the Villa’s remote location made outings or spontaneous plans rather difficult. For the price point, the offering felt sparse. Breakfast was not included. Aside from small bottles of water replenished each day, nearly everything else came at an additional cost, an approach that quickly wore thin.

Terrible villa. There is a host, who is the manager there. He entered my room without asking, even my wife has put "do not disturb" on the door. He just entered and keep looking around like he was trying to check if we made bad things to the room. Then he started looking at my wife and my self with an unfriendly eyes. What the hell is that? What kind of service is that?? We paid for the room, we didn't use it freelly, how come he could act like that? Piano broken, TV in my room are also broken. Swimming pool is dirty, water is fully with clean liquid (clo). What's a bad expiriences.

Amazing Villa with Beach front view, We were there for 3 nights on 5 Oct, the villa is large with 1000m2, 6bedroom enough for ours family, relaxing, chilling, Staff really helpfull. Location very convinient. They serviced breakfast at Villa after we wake up, looks nice & delicious. I make sure you have to book this villa for yours trip.

The Five Villas is a great place to stay, and this experience was all thanks to Quoc and his team. He has continuously provided us with 24/7 service, ranging from amazing food and water, assisting us with anything additional as well, such as finding my missing AirPods and helping me call Apple on my behalf since I do not have a Viet phone number. I would strongly recommend The Five Villas Da Nang due to the incredible organisation, assistance and cleanliness provided by Quoc and his team.

Service was incredible and the villa was nice and cosy. Really enjoyed my stay. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the cooking but other than that all good.
