The ugliest and most dirty "hotel" i have ever visited. I was in many hostels, also in big dormitory for 12 people or at least rooms with 6-8 beds but never saw all dirt like in these places and i could sleep in some way, here was mission impossible. We expected not luxury or high conditions in Vietnam and we respect and always have so big adaptation but in this place we missed really the most basic and simple conditions for a stay in a room. Beds are strong more than a stones, murble mountains probably are more soft and you will agree with me. I couldn't sleep because every night at 3:50 a rooster started to sing and continued until morning, not their fault of course but became their fault since windows couldn't be possible to close and i felt all noise all nights, room was full of mosquitos that bited me and i had other strange insects on the wall. Rooms aren't soundproof, i heard everythings in the rooms close mine and people that came back during night and also neighbours and noisy guys around 22:00. Wifi never worked, at least on 4th floor. In the toilette i had an hole on the wall that was covered by a plastic mat but then was removed and some drops came when was raining. Breakfast it's poor and you have to wait, so i suggest to buy some Banh Mi around or there is a place for tasty Banh Bao at right of exit of hotel. Horrible experience, thanks God we paid just a bit or we needed a lawyer to resolve the situation. People, don't go! I am warning you. Girls at reception smile and are so cute but so big problems of communication because they don't speak English and you can have other problems. The owner doesn't have expectations or any wish to improve because many basic things aren't fixed since years. The cleaning it's made everyday, girls work with seriousness but some towels are so old, strong and with holes. So, again the owner don't do nothing to improve the quality and conditions. The positive things of this experience? That for last night we escaped in so good place, far 5 minutes walking. Girl didn't even ask why we didn't sleep there also the last night that was paid and if we had some problems.

We booked for 3 nights and because it had good review but it was so bad we did the check in and the room was dirty, the shower was not working and the smell was so wierd. The bed was too hard impossible to sleep confortable there and the roof was falling apart. Also the room was not cosy and nice at all. Eventually we immediately did the cheack out (with no refund) and we booked another hotel…Would never recommend this place.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Waste of money. Dirty place, hard beds (you feel like you sleep on the table/floor). Lot of insects, my bed was full of ants and somebody's hair. Unfortunately nobody speaks English. I had a hole in the roof and water was dropping through it into the bowl on the floor with towel inside. Only one "window" in my room was located into the passage between rooms. It's noisy, you can hear your neighbors and everything what is going on outside. Lot of fungus. Breakfast doesn't exist. Better pay a little bit more and sleep with calm.

Good: location, friendly staff, very quiet room. Bad: extensive mould in the room, room floor was dirty, no sheets over the mattress (we slept on the mattress covers which were not clean - when we asked for a sheet to cover the mattress cover they said the mattress cover is the sheet), saw multiple cockroaches (but this may be due to heavy rain and flooding in fairness), table light not working. The continental breakfast consists of bread and fried eggs (no coffee/tea or fruit). The pool and the jacuzzi were not available (they said they were broken). It's not a cheap price for the poor condition of the room.

I should have read the reviews before booking here, the room was really bad. Beds hard as rock that gave me back pain. Hot water and AC were barely working, and broken lights. Yes it was cheap, but there are better options nearby for the same price.

you can do nothing that hotel give you a room smaller than 20m!! no view!!! no breakfast!!! as a traveler , it's a disaster to face all this during the check in ... take it or leave it... whose problem! ? hotel blame agoda! Agoda blame hotel ! but customer suffer!!!

Staying here is just the worst thing you can offer yourself in Danang. So much humidity in the room, 0 maintenance, elevator smelled really bad. And the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. First of all i arrived at 1 am (I already texted them I’ll be late because of my flight) and I found no one at the reception, the hotel door was literally closed with a chain and I needed the driver’s help to get them to wake up. Second I had an urgent meeting and I needed 3 and half extra hours (checkout at 3:30pm) and she wanted to charge me 150k Vnd (when the night is for 200k Vnd on booking) That was insane! More than half just for 3 and half hours! My problem was not with the price as much as it was with the ladies manners. Dear, clients are not your friends neither your enemies. You need to learn how to talk to them.

Booked through Agoda, everything is not as it is described as in Agoda. I got a room so heavily discounted so that I cannot complain. However, I think the deal is still among the best in Asia. For 164,880 VND (USD 6.5) I had a spacious 30 m^2 room which was cleaned everyday and free motorbike parking and breakfast was included. On the bad side, the pool was a gigantic bathtub.. and empty. It's clean and has WiFi, warm water, TV, fridge and AC. The location is far from the beach, but it's okay because the sea water was too cold for swimming. So, if you are here in January or February, maybe you don't need to be near the beach? Then pick this hotel... Its value compared to hotels in Thailand and Malaysia is USD 30 per night. The staff is always happy and helpful. A warm recommendation.

Challenge yourself. Find out how strong you are, both mentally and physically. Special forces is elementary school compared to this. Survive!

Even though I booked a large room, they gave me a dark and small room without windows. I realized it later. When I mentioned it, they said they could change it. They said breakfast was included, one bread, two eggs, a glass of water. There were no sheets on the bed, only a mattress protector, and it was very hard. It was far from the center. It made more sense to stay on the other side of the river.

They cancelled my booking 2 hours before I arrived because I didn't reply within half an hour of there message. Then they wouldn't respond to my messages. Amazingly unprofessional. I visited them to make sure they didn't change me and looks like they did me a favor place looks disgusting. They should be ashamed.
