I had a great stay and am trying their different location as well! The breakfast is amazing and the staff super friendly . The beds comfy and enough space in the lockers. I stayed in the 6 bed female dorm. Location-wise it is directly next to a busy street so not a cute walking vibe which is why I removed one star for the location.

This is my personal experience, I am not generalising here. Don't miss the last point 1. They welcomed us very nicely, the security guard took all our luggage to the reception. We were early by 30 minutes and the room was not ready yet. We waited for the room and we got it late by 10 mins. 2. If you don't have an international driving licence, you need to opt for an electric bike, they don't provide engine bikes. I rode bikes in Hanoi, hoian and ninh bin, they didn't ask me for an international driving licence. The bike doesn't go more than 40Kmph. You need to keep an eye on the battery and to change it, you should come back to the hotel. They don't change the battery if it is not less than 20%. Most importantly, there is no dedicated person for this, the receptionist runs to the parking lot to check the battery level, then she/he calls the 3rd party person to change the battery. If the receptionist or the 3rd party person is occupied, I am not sure how long it will take. But I got the battery replaced in 10 mins. 3. We extended our booking for a day and for the change of room, they told us to check out the room at 12 and we need to wait for the check-in time of the new room, that is we need to wait in the lobby for 2hrs with our luggage. For an in-house guest this is the situation. Later we continued with the same room. 3. We opted for a laundry, the person came to the room and collected our clothes. Here, they didn't let us know once the clothes were ready. Next day when I called, they told us to collect from the reception, i was fine with that. But the clothes were not ironed. I am not sure this happens everywhere. 4. This is very important. While checking out, there was a big mess. We went to the receptionist, She herself went to the room to check. She came down with the bedsheet, telling me that, there is a stain on the bedsheet (ketchup stain, hardly a drop which spread out in 1 sq cm and I need to pay for it. I need to pay for the chemicals which are required to remove the stain. There was a sink nearby, I washed it and showed it to her, the stain was almost removed. She was not convinced. Ended up paying 200000VND. 200k for a square centimetre ketchup stain. This is not acceptable. We travel to enjoy but when we experience these kinds of things, it feels really bad. I don't recommend this hotel.

All hotel is very bright that make me feel so comfortable and clean. I love their swimming pool, it was quite cold but still nice at noon. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Good view, good location that really near the beach and Han bridge. Will stay here again when I go back to Da Nang.

I would like to offer some suggestions to the Haviland management team, as this is not the fault of any particular staff member. Please prohibit guests from requesting specific rooms or beds through personal connections, except for the elderly, pregnant women, disabled persons, or injured persons. I renewed my room around 11 AM, but staff Eune informed me that a guest had specifically requested my room. I had to move my luggage out and wait until 2 PM to check into my new room. I found this very strange, as that room was the darkest and crampedest. Why would someone make such a bizarre request? This also caused me considerable inconvenience, as I had a lot of luggage that was difficult to unpack. Fortunately, the manager was understanding and allowed me to move my luggage to another locker beforehand, so I could go out for lunch instead of waiting until 2 PM. I know that staff members often grant some guest’s unreasonable and selfish requests out of goodwill, but please don't tolerate them, as they always exploit others' kindness to satisfy their own selfish needs and cause trouble for others. I hope the management team will seriously consider my suggestions. Additionally, all the Sujet hotels I've stayed at lack power outlets in public areas, making it very inconvenient to use a computer. I hope the management team can provide some power outlets. For other parts, the Sujet beach hotel is very comfortable to stay. And I really appreciate the uncle at the gatekeeper, staff Huy, and other staff for their kindness and great service. Maybe the location is a little bit far, but you can just go to the opposite side of the main road and you will find a lot of nice local restaurants and cafes in the alley. ❤️

Very poorly managed and maintained. It's a new hotel but is falling apart already.. Rooms are dirty and growing mold. Broken fixtures and fittings. Water pump/filter in the swimming pool is broken so its always full of crap. Shower is cold 90% of the time. Gym equipment looks like it was found in a landfill. Thin glass doors that do nothing to quieten the sound from outside (the hotel is next to a main road so it is very noisy) and let the bright hall light into the room... could go on. Basic maintenance and care would sort all these problems out and make the hotel as good as it looks in the photos. One star back for the excellent staff. Polite, helpful and friendly.

This is for the budget backpackers *DORM REVIEW*, as I don’t see any reviews about the dorms. When we arrived we were greeted by the doorman and he carried our bags so we had such high hopes but sadly left after 1 sleep! That being said…don’t stay here if you want to actually sleep. The street outside is so noisy and the doors to the dorms stay open so do the windows so you can hear traffic all night. People who stay long term in the dorms (locals I think) snore so loudly. We had to change dorms on the first night, which the reception staff kindly let us. However, I did ask for a refund at 11pm at night as I could not sleep due to the noise. Their policy is not specified on Booking.com and it let me do free cancellation however, the lady advised me that I have to notify them 3 days before if I want a refund (nowhere on booking.com does it say this). I searched it on Hostelworld and it says if you cancel late only the first night will be charged - however they would not refund me for the further two nights. We checked into another dorm which was even worse than the first, and it had another snorer so we checked out on the second night and lost our money. We know it’s luck of the draw in dorms but we’ve stayed in many across south east Asia and never had anyone who snores so loudly all night (2 people in the room of 6) to the point where you can’t doze off. Not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. The dorms aren’t that clean, (my second dorm had chewing gum stuck to the light), the shower is hot for about 4 minutes then goes cold and the ladies toilet smells really bad and no top up of toilet roll. The rest of the hotel is nice but could do with some maintenance, didn’t use the pool or have breakfast as it wasn’t included. The price of the room for 3 nights for 2 people was £30 which I think is expensive for the dorms that you get. The gym is tiny and has a weight set, 1 treadmill, 1 stepper and 1 bench. Two people working out in it felt crowded. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English which was helpful, there was a sweet receptionist who apologised profusely. We are sad we couldn’t get the stay we wanted here, as we have seen positive reviews on the private rooms but I just wanted to share my experience. I would recommend to either stay here in a private room or if you’re looking for a dorm stay somewhere else…

Good location that you can easily go to the beach or center. Near Vincom Da Nang and you can find anything there. That was such a good view that I can pass the beautiful Han bridge whenever I want to go to centre. The room was so clean and staff is very nice. They always welcome you with a smile, room smell so good. They also have TV in the room with some movies. I had a good night with my friend that we stayed in the cozy room, got some fav snacks and enjoy the movie. The door was hard to close and might be it quite old. But total the room is worth money. Definitely will stay here again 🤌🏻🫶🏻

I’m staying in a female dorm, it is new fresh looking, dark curtains on the beds and a good working AC with 1 large locker and I small locker (key provided). Each room to the dorms have their own lock on the main door (standard) the girls in my room were good at locking the door each time they left…the shower room and toilets are located down the hall way and could be more private as has no curtain on the window (the shower window does). The staff are friendly, there is a swimming pool and a small gym, the plc is mainly hotel like but appears to have 2 mix dorms and 2 female dorms (ground floor) they have a breakfast buffet, rent bikes and sort out tours (I haven’t used these services so can’t comment) they have some life jackets over the pool for those not confident in the water and a nice friendly porter man whom took my bag to the dorm. The location is not central like but grab bikes/cars are so cheap and there is a bus stop not far up the road if one wants to go down that route! This plc is a little above my cheap budget that I’ve bee setting at £5 (this being £7) but I would say it’s a good deal if you want a chill place to stay and not party hostel. The main road is loud, I’m an ear bud user so I’ve not been affected by that neither

Exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel staff — Khan, Nhi, Phuy, Dung, Thoai, and Duyen — were all incredibly helpful and attentive. The receptionist patiently answered our questions and gave great recommendations for nearby shops and places to visit. The bellboy and the elderly gentleman waiting in front of the hotel were also very kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Room service was excellent — the room was very clean, neat, and well organised. We had a truly pleasant stay and will definitely return. Overall, I loved the hospitality.

My friends and I booked this hotel for one day. Although we have just checked out, I still want to say that all the staff were incredibly friendly, even the security staff. They were always welcoming, cheerful, and kind. The view on the first floor is beautiful, with a swimming pool and many trees around. Before we received our room, we had to wait until check-in time. However, we didn’t have to worry about where to stay because we were allowed to rest on the chairs in the lobby or around the pool. Although one small item (a fan) was broken, they quickly replaced it with another one. That really helped us cool down during the hot day while we were waiting to go to the airport after check-out. If there were 6 stars, I would gladly give them all 6 ^^

We didn’t even stay at this hotel but needed somewhere to drop our bags off. They were more than accommodating to allow this and we were very grateful for the kindness shown to us in our hour of despair! We ended up spending our day at the beach which is very close by to their location. And when our bus came they said goodbye to us on our way out, lovely staff! Looks like a lovely hotel as well I guess! I will have to come back and check it out properly xx

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, close to restaurants and attractions. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!
