Great place for stay. It’s less than 10 min on bike till My Ahn, local market near buy, few local restaurants near by.

Location and room facility is okay. But the owner's attitude (Diep) was horrible. We will not come back.

Great value for money for a month stay, WiFi is stable, room is spacious and gets cleaned. The neighbourhood can be noisy at times and the owners are friendly and welcoming.

Room Conditions Need Improvement I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my honest experience. Overall, the service was good, and the room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. However, I was disappointed with the conditions on the 7th floor. The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning could not be turned on throughout the day. When I informed the owner about this, I was told that leaving the AC on continuously might cause a fire. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such an issue at any hotel. Being on the top floor, the heat was quite unbearable, and even when the AC was finally turned on, it took a very long time to cool down the room. I would suggest upgrading the air conditioning unit on the top floor to a 2PK capacity to ensure better cooling. Additionally, the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to flood the bathroom every time I took a shower. This is a serious issue that needs immediate attention. Another inconvenience was the lack of provided drinking water. Guests are required to buy their own water, either by walking to a nearby mini-mart or renting a bike. This makes the place feel more like an apartment than a hotel. While I feel like I shouldn't complain too much given the pricing, and overall it is worth it, these areas definitely need improvement. I hope these concerns are addressed promptly to enhance the comfort of future guests. Please inform me if these changes are made so I can update my review accordingly.

A great place to stay in Da Nang with modern and comfortable rooms. The apartments are in a good location away from the busy tourist areas but still close enough that you can drive there easily. Anna and Andy do an exceptional job managing the building and will help you with absolutely anything. They are both friendly and kind and have two extremely adorable children who will brighten up your day! Definitely recommend staying here, especially as the prices are extremely reasonable too.

I had a wonderful stay at Son Ha Hotel. It’s been two months I am traveling now and it was the best place to end my trip. Great place to stay, very good value for money, big room, very clean and with all the commodities you could ask for. The location was perfect to me. Next to the beach, you can reach the center very easily by walk or just take a grab and everything is close. Anna and her family are very welcoming and always available if necessary. I recommend a 100%.
