The trip started off a little bad. With noise from construction on all sides here. We couldn't rest. We were upset. But the staff really helped us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. For this we thank you very much. However this hotel needs some maintenance and improved breakfast with more western options. The breakfast was the same every day. We also had some issues as we were initially offered a smaller room although I booked a larger room, that was rectified but it took some time. Overall ok.

I had 2 room connected. It was great. The hotel is beautiful. The food is ok. Not the best. I started to just eat only pho 🍜 towards the end. We stayed 6 nights. It includes breakfast and one way shuttle back to DAD. It is on the outskirts of old town which I like because it’s quiet. I feel safe here with my child. The only thing that annoys me is the shower. Even if I tilt the shower head and shower into the corner the water goes everywhere requiring many towels to soak it up. I wish they just put a silicon barrier on the bottom just to hold in the water. Oh. The coffee is really bad here. So we make it a priority to have coffee morning dates outside of the hotel. Which is a fun excursion.

We booked Signature suite room for 5 days. Room was very spacious and clean. Stay was very comfortable. We got a very great deal for 5 days booking. We got 4 pcs of laundry daily included in our room charges. Which was a must needed for a 15 days trip. And we njyd breakfast with plenty of options for vegan and vegetarian. On request they prepared vegan dishes for us in breakfast. Which was very kind of them. We got one complementary dinner as well.. location nearby to old town.. free by-cycles for guests.. smiling happy faces and lots of flowers all around.. 2 swimming pool, play area.. everything was just perfect.. highly recommended.. cheers to the entire staff of SOLUNA D’ANNAM…

I and my partner stayed at this hotel after reading all the reviews. This hotel is wonderful and we've stayed at quite a few in Vietnam. Location it's a 20 min walk to the old town which is perfect distance away to after walking it be away from the noise and hustle and bustle but close enough to do everything. There's plenty of resturants (and good ones) nearby to the hotel and along the river without going back to old town. It's a 9 min walk away from memories island where we went of an evening to watch the show (must do in hoi an it's a brilliant show) -facilities the hotel allows you to take push bikes for free. We went out for the whole day on then to explore the beaches. It took around 20 minuets biking to get to the beaches and we filled the whole day using the push bikes for free. The upstairs bar has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool table and table football which we found fun to use of an evening before going out for food. The downstairs pool is next to the restaurant and gym. The gym is basic but you can work out well in it and cool off in the pool afterwards. The resturant we only used for breakfast and the food was brilliant very clean and very filling! Staff- wonderful. Very talkative very polite and extremely helpful. They're English is really good too. They couldn't do enough for us. As soon as we arrived we were upgraded for free. They informed us of where to go and what to see and we're happy to sort out tickets for memories island if we wanted them to. The room was spacious, has a safe in for valuables and was very clean and very tidy. The beds we're very comfy too. All in all this is one of the friendliest, cleanest and we'll presented hotels we've stayed in. For hoi an it's perfect distance from everything to stay in hoi an comfortably. The morning of our departure the staff made us a breakfast box up we could take away for our long journey ahead

A crazy value for the price paid. We stayed at a family suite with two rooms and a connecting door. Paid a fifth of what we usually pay for hotels of the same level. Everyday cleaning and replenishing of water and coffee capsules. Two bathtubs, one in each room. Plenty of space that accommodated our family of 5. It included a free breakfast in which the hotel made special dishes for our culinary needs. Had free bicycles just outside, two pools, a spa, gym, roof top bar with pool and fussball table. The only bad thing I can say about the place location requires you to either grab taxis or use bicycles to commute, which was nice for us in February's weather

We were moved this hotel although we booked a room in cozy savy hotel, their sister hotel. We were only told about the move on the day we landed in Hoi an. The room we were giving was with a connecting room and the ac worked only in one room so the connecting had to be always kept open. The view from the room balcony was of the backwaters which was filled with trash and unpleasant to look at. Breakfast was also extremely average and felt we overpaid for the stay as our initial booking was for a different and better hotel.

Definitely not a 5-star experience. My husband and I stayed here last week for our honeymoon. We paid extra for a larger room (Signature Suite Balcony) and the hotel was nice enough to decorate it with flowers and cake so our first impressions were good. However, that quickly changed…The extra space we paid for was completely useless with tiny furniture surrounded by empty space. The room had the potential to be adjoined with the neighboring room which meant we could hear the people staying next door VERY loudly. This was only one of our noise complaints. Another is that there are some roosters living on the area just outside the hotel and these things were constantly cockadoodledoing starting at like 3am…and then every morning there was also noise that sounded like moving furniture I’m not sure where it was coming from (maybe the breakfast area since our room faced the inner courtyard). Other negatives were that the shower hot water was inconsistent and the floor of our room was filthy even though we always took our shoes off right at the door. The free breakfast was average. The area around the hotel was full of trash, I would recommend finding a different area to stay in hoi an. FYI - they also make you fill out a form with your feedback on checkout and review your answers (we mentioned the noise issues and the girl seemed shocked and apologetic, meanwhile I’m shocked this hotel has 4.9 stars…).

This place is 10/10 for us, we paid it at a very affordable price but their services, their rooms and breakfast buffet are just amazing, the room is not as very big as you expect, it doesn’t have cabinets or drawers to put your stuff, but the cleaners make up your room daily and refill your mini bar (we got 2 free drinks per day). Lucy the receptionist oriented us with all the things special about the hotel and what are must do’s around especially in Hoi An- Da Nang - Hue, and they have special services offered if you need one at an affordable price (car service, tours and etc). Overall, we had a wonderful time there

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we entered, the staff made us feel so comfortable with a refreshing welcome tea and patiently explained everything about the hotel, nearby places, and local culture. It never felt like we were talking to hotel staff — it felt like chatting with friends. Throughout our stay, whenever we had any questions or needed help, they were always available and resolved everything quickly. Every time we returned to the hotel, they genuinely asked how our day was, which made us feel truly cared for. Because of this amazing hospitality, we even extended our stay. During our visit, we celebrated my birthday, and the hotel surprised us by beautifully decorating our room and arranging a delicious cake. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. They also provide free bicycle service — and oh my God, I rode a bicycle after so many years! It was an amazing experience to explore the beautiful city of Hoi An on a bicycle. Overall, this hotel gave us not just a stay, but beautiful memories. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again! 💛🚲

We booked a Premium Room at Soluna D'Annam based on the photos and description showing a beautiful riverside view. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. First, the so-called “river view” is misleading. There is no proper river, it looks more like a small canal with waste water, which was quite disappointing. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised by how small the premium room actually was. There was hardly any space, even for a single bag. The room layout felt cramped. also, the windows were not clean enough to enjoy any outside view. The only positive part of our stay was the staff and the kitchen/breakfast service, which were polite and helpful. Overall, based on our experience, the property does not match the premium expectations shown online, and unfortunately we would not recommend it.

This hotel is amazing. The breakfast is reach and the staff are so nice, welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with our transfer to the next destination and they went above and beyond to help us sort everything up. We knew we will miss the next day's breakfast so that y packet it for us to the way the evening before. The rooftop pool is also cozy and nice! Do not hesitate and book the place!

Our hotel room rate covered 4 pieces of laundry/night so that was pretty handy, tho you can get your laundry done very cheaply just outside the hotel. Our rooms are clean and spacious, but the doors and the walls are not very sound proof and you can hear the outside or next door. I was in #326, pretty close to the elevator and somehow during my stay some alarm kept being triggered in the early evenings. Generally pretty quiet by 9-10pm, but you can definitely hear other guests talking walking by, opening and closing doors, etc. The staff there asked us probably 3-5x a day if we are enjoying our stay. We sat down for breakfast and within 5 min 2 different staffs came to check and see if we are enjoying breakfast. It seems very unnecessary and I’m not sure if other guests find this helpful at all.
