The Worst Service in Da Nang – Absolutely Avoid The worst welcome I've ever received in Vietnam. Upon arrival, I waited 5 minutes at reception while the staff chatted among themselves and ignored me. They then asked for my physical passport. I had temporarily left it as collateral for a scooter, but I immediately provided: passport photo, plane ticket proving my recent arrival, visa photo sent by the rental company. Categorical refusal: they only want the original, even though almost all hotels in Da Nang accept a copy. Result: no check-in, no solution offered, refusal of refund, and referral to Agoda. The icing on the cake: the receptionist offered my partner the chance to stay alone and told me to "find other accommodation." Rude, arrogant, and disrespectful hotel. If you want to avoid spoiling your stay, move on.

Everything is fine, i was not sure bed sheets are changed. Hadn’t hot water for shower. Otherwise as usual :)))
Think very carefully before you book this accommodation. They lied about not having a bed bug situation at the time of booking and when prompted they made excuses that the dorms have the bugs not the private rooms. Do you not know how fast bed bugs travel especially when left untreated? I don’t think they are taking the situation seriously and it is imperative for them to be banned on booking sites for this health and hygiene negligence. Hotels have a legal duty to maintain their premises in a safe and habitable condition for guests. Worst yet, they tried to make me feel guilty for canceling the reservation and seeking a refund. Needless to say they didn’t want to refund me even though It was more than a week prior to the reservation and I had made a personal trip to this place to verify of the cleanliness prior booking. When I asked for the manager—one of the girls at the reception falsely identified as the manager. Unprofessional, gross, disturbing behavior as they nonchalantly grinned behind the desk about the existing bed bug situation. Stay here at your own risk! They will treat you bad here.
I stayed overnight to take a break before going to the airport because I was leaving at dawn. There is also a dormitory room, but I booked a room with a private bathroom. The location is good, the room is spacious, and the air conditioner …
Showers were all out of order and had no locks. Rooms were extremely hot with no ventilation. I would recommend paying a bit extra and find somewhere else
The door did not function in the dorm it was open all the time, it didn’t feel safe, the shower was broken and could have been much cleaner. I would not recommend.
I strongly don't recommend this accommodation 🙅🙅🙅 Stay far away from this place. I'll start with the good things about the hotel, even though I don't want to. The rooms are reasonably clean, the location is very good, close to the dragon bridge, and lots of shops barbers massage therapists, coffee, restaurant etc. on the same street. Now on to the problems. There was NO running water in my room, nor in the entire hotel. Whenever I would ask, they would always say it will be working soon. Only to keep delaying. Despite this they never offered any alternative or assistance. Not having water was unacceptable, literally the bare minimum you would expect in a stay. I asked the following morning to leave because they still hadn't been able to fix it by then and to get a full refund. They then told me I wouldn't find anywhere in the local area with running water so I decided to stay. Only to receive a letter slid under my door a few hours later saying I have to check out early, because they have to close for repairs. Bare in mind they're only offering to refund me the unused nights, not the first night with no running water 🤦🤦. They also had me call Agoda and lie and say I'm cancelling because I'm changing my dates, not the truth that they failed to supply running water. I was then told I'd get a refund in 3 days. I was then left to find another accomodation, with no assistance, recommendations, provided travel, nothing. The staff were useless, and seemed like they couldn't care less. I understand emergencies happen beyond a business' control sometimes, but the way the staff handled it was awful. 0/10 couldn't recommend it any less if I tried.
Everything was great—the room and the people—but the payment method is outdated. Moving toward modern debit and credit card options instead of relying solely on cash would make things much more convenient for travelers.
Budget stay near dragon bridge. Room is good. Advanced toilet but damaged. Dorm in 5th floor, Toilet in 4th floor is little bit irritated. Other than that good
No hot water the entirety of my staty. Location is excellent though; Front desk staff is friendly and does her best to help. But it's basic lodging here. I stayed 5 nights in a room with a cold water shower that never got warm. Apparently the reason being they only utilize a solar water heater system so when there's no sun= no hot water
On the first night, I couldn’t turn on the shower in my bathroom and thought it was broken. So, around 11 p.m., I went down to the front desk and even showed the staff a video of me trying to use it. The staff told me there was nothing they …
DONT GO! We went to this hostel to stay 2 nights in Da Nang, after 1 night we cancelled the booking. There was NO RUNNING WATER, the toilets didn’t work and the showers didn’t work either. Our room also smelled off sewage. After trying to claim refund because the hostel didn’t live up to what had been promised during booking we got a response from the manager that he REFUSES to do any sort of refunds despite the terrible conditions of the hostel. Absolutely horrendous. Worst experience of my traveling career.
