Silkotel Hoi An

Went with family. The room was huge and the staff are all very nice. Ms. Lisa from the restaurant was very helpful with our daily needs. Will definitely book at this hotel again soon

I stayed 8 nights in Hoi An with my mum and we really enjoyed our time here. Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Mr. Tuyen was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. I will definitely come back

This is a fabulous hotel very near to the lantern boats. Breakfast is superb & the room is very big. Alice and Tina are very helpful & friendly. They even gave me a free bike to use!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff Lyn, Tina, Son were helpful and polite, and our room was cheap and the location was very central and a short walk to the old town.

The room was very clean and conveniently located close to the "old town" The facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. Violet,Lyn,and Alice were extremely friendly and provided excellent service.

This hotel is so nice ! The staff is amazing, especially Lyn, Alice and Tina. They were so respectful and nice lady's. The food is grate and they have 2 pools! But smoking is forbidden and you can get fined......

What a great spot to be in with the Old Town within walking distance. Friendly reception staff (thanks Daisy, Son & Alice) always ready with a smile. Good breakfast & loved happy hour (thanks Lisa, Candy & Rum). Enjoyed the pool & rooms were comfortable. Even managed to fit in a massage which was very relaxing. Will definitely visit again

Fantastic location just about 2min walk away from the Hoi An Old Town, which is a pedestrian street so one can get away from the hustle and bustle pretty quickly. Great personable service shown by Lisa the F&B manager at breakfast too. Great value for the price!

There few places where the staff are so amazing. Alice physically walked us to the tailors,so that I could pick up my purchases, through the flooded streets this morning. She ordered us a car to meet us there and take us to the airport as the vehicles couldn't make it through the high water to the hotel. The amazing bell man - sorry but I don't have his name - transported our luggage. These staff are second to none . We feel very lucky to have stayed at the Silk hotel and met all of the great staff. The hotel has a great location and is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a few of the bartenders cocktails and even has the Halloween set menu dinner. Lovely

Loved our stay here. Staff great especially Candy and Gin in the breakfast area. The bar man was lovely too. Beautiful swimming pool. Didn’t like the ants that got into our bags in our room though

My husband and I had the best time at Silkotel. Alice and Tina were absolute gems. We had so much trouble with our flights, but these ladies put in heaps of effort to make sure our trip was as seamless as possible. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great hotel located in the heart of old town, just a few minutes walking distance from the Hoai river. The staff were especially great, Violet and Daisy at the reception were very helpful with booking services like cab to the airport and great deals for spa services. Thank you!
