Very well located. Restaurants, transport services are available nearby. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast menus are of all choices. Many Indians stay here. One utility store (Z Mart) is just beside the hotel.
Sekong Hotel Da Nang Beach

I had a very nice experience at the Sekong Hotel. Although a bit old, it was clean with very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The view from the family suite was spectacular. Definitely worth it.
Helpful staff, clean, comfortable place, nice wooden furniture and floor. Plentiful, good breakfast. This is one of the few Hotels which don't use computer generated images on Booking and you can find them on google maps. I got a very good deal here. I highly recommend this Hotel!
We booked a double room as we were travelling as a couple, but were instead given a twin room with two single beds pushed together. The beds were made up with two separate sets of single bedding that overlapped, which was uncomfortable and impractical. The beds were also positioned directly underneath a bedside lamp, meaning one of us kept bumping into it during the night. Additionally, the fridge in the room did not work. We were advised to use the fridge at reception instead, which was inconvenient. The breakfast spread was lovely, the staff were friendly, and there were good views and a lovely location.
Hotel is on the beach and if you book the right room, you will have full view of the ocean. Rooms are clean but washroom smells a lot. Housekeeping doesn't clean the bedding properly. Overall behaviour of staff is a bit offensive. People on vacation, especially foreigners, are not coming to your hotel to steal cups and towels 😅
Good hotel to stay with beautiful beachside view and also lady buddha statue can be seen. Negatives- Staff especially reception weren't helpful. Also exchange rate was quite higher while converting USD to VND.
Location was fine. -2 to 3 Star Hotel -Rooms are dated -Walls are dirty -Kettle didn't work so we have to get it replaced -Towels are hard -They are giving 350ml water bottle. Why bother -No swimming pool -We asked for a room with the front view even that wasn't given saying room already sold out. In Nov, Da Nang is raining and empty. All 5 Star Hotels are mostly empty. So called In front of the beach, the hotel has nothing much to offer. Hope the breakfast better be good.
Gave this hotel an overall score of 2 mainly because of the misleading information on booking.com. We were expecting a much bigger space with windows. Rooms are very small and the shower is literally over the toilet, but room was clean. Free breakfast was not great, but just ok. I was originally booked for 4 nights and left after 1. If you are looking a hotel with a higher standard of room this place isn't for you, but that said if you don't mind the tighter space this hotel would be okay.
I stayed here for 6 days and the family suite had an absolutely amazing view. Im talking about being able to see the view from anywhere you were in the room including the toilet lol. The rooms are a lil dated but they are clean. For it not to be a high rise its really in a great location for view purposes. The one huge problem I had was ants or whatever lil bugs they were. They managed to just show up at any signs of sugary anything. I set a coffee cup down and within 5 minutes they were all over it. Same thing happened with a seven up can. I asked 2 times on 2 different days for them to please come spray or something and nothing was done. The other issue I had was upon checkout they tried to charge me because a hand towel had a stain on it which was actually a spot of coffee that I wiped up when it spilled on the desk. I mean I guess they wanted me to just leave it and let the ants clean it up since they said the towels were only for use on the body. I had the forethought to check for ants while packing up and I had to empty my entire purse because they made their way into that as well (it was sitting on a chair btw). Overall it was a good stay (aside from the ants) food was good, and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel is in a relatively quiet location about 2km from touristy streets: decent room size with wood floor, comfortable bed, good buffet breakfast, excellent personnel, good wifi signal. The room rate is very reasonable. we will stay here next time around.
Location and View: The hotel is located in a very good location just opposite to the beach. The suite has great view! However our experience here was highly disappointing The staff were completely unhelpful in resolving a serious issue. We had booked a Panorama View Suite, but the hot water was not working. We contacted reception 4–5 times, and only after nearly two hours did someone finally come to check. We were then told that the issue could not be fixed. To make matters worse, despite my partner clearly requesting the technician not to enter the bedroom due to privacy concerns, he still walked in. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. When we reported this to reception, their response was indifferent—they simply said we could be refunded for the room, with no apology or concern shown. The situation worsened during the refund process. The staff initially tried to withhold 3–5% of the amount, claiming it was a card payment fee. This was particularly frustrating because I had specifically asked about any additional charges before paying and was told there were none. Only after I challenged this did they return the full amount. Overall, the entire experience ruined our day and completely disrupted what we had planned. Very poor service and highly disappointing.
The hotel when you walk inside you feel like royalty. It was so beautiful and the staff is nice and helpful. They even booked a tour for me which was so much fun. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. I loved the wood floors in the room the most. Most of the places I stayed in had tile making them sloppy but here the wooden floors made the place feel home like and I was not worried about slipping. I can not wait to come back and stay here again.
