Seahorse Signature By Haviland

I spent 5 nights at the Seahorse in a studio apartment. At first, I was a bit unsure because of some negative reviews mentioning noise or lack of cleanliness. I can reassure everyone — there is absolutely nothing to that. The studio is very clean, beautifully furnished, and extremely cozy. I felt completely at home there. It is also very quiet, as long as you don’t go to bed before 10 p.m. I would like to give special praise to Ty. He always greets you with a friendly smile, parks your scooter, and brings you water if you’re waiting — simply very attentive. And also to Quynh, who brightened every day with her smile and, for me, was the most beautiful attraction in Da Nang ❤️ I would definitely come back again!

Ty the doorman is an absolute gem - he helped me with my luggage immediately and also brought me a cooled drink and made me feel right at home, so did the lady at reception. The reduction of stars is for the dorm and facilities - the bed was like a rock (not exaggerating and I sleep in many hostels) and the room super small. My locker originally was defect and the key was able to open someone else’s locker which is kind of scary. They gave me another locker but were not able to give me another bed when confronted about the mattress. For this reason I would not stay here again - maybe the private rooms have better quality.

Clean rooms, good air conditioning and helpful staff all for a good price! I enjoyed my stay here and Ty Thao Quynh carried my bags in for me and to my room! He was also always promptly ready with a drink to hand you and provided excellent service!

The hotel was great. Perfect location and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. A few staff members really stood out to me, there names are: Thao Nhung Tien Ty An Anh Oanh Phuong Hieu. Thank you to them for helping make this trip so memorable!

Very nice stay. Staff were lovely. Very clean and hot showers. Room got very hot at night but reception happy to turn air conditioner lower. Thao Nhung An Anh Tien Ty Oanh Phong Hieu were all lovely and very helpful

Okay for one night, but not longer We stayed one night at Seahorse Signature by Haviland and it was doable, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. We had a studio on the second floor, and the bar across the street was quite loud until around 11 pm. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the room was poor, which really affected our sleep. Breakfast was average at best — the watermelon wasn’t fresh anymore and the croissant tasted old. Reception staff were okay, but at checkout we were asked to immediately write a review so they could take a photo of it for management, which felt uncomfortable. This seems like a management decision rather than the staff’s fault, but we declined. What really improved our stay was the porter/security guard, Ty An Thao. He was incredibly kind and helpful with our luggage, waved at us from below when we were on the balcony, and used Google Translate to wish us a great onward journey. A genuinely warm and sweet person.

I’ve stayed in the dorms twice now and each time my experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff are all really attentive and smiley 😊 big shout out to Anh, An, Thai, Ty, Tien, Nhung, Oanh (sorry if there’s any spelling mistakes). You’re greeted warmly with a welcome drink. It’s really clean and smells lovely!

Nice amenities. Good pool. Very friendly staff. Quiet enough location but short grab from everywhere you need to go. Not really a hostel atmosphere either. Ty the doorman is a legend. He is always smiling and gets you a glass of water when youre sitting outside. Tien the night receptionist is also very very friendly and helpful.

We had a two night stay in a Studio with Balcony which was passable given the price. If you’re on a tight budget it’s okay - but only if you don’t mind the noise from outside and the dirtiness. All staff were great. The room is spacious, and nicely decorated with wall art depicting Vietnamese iconography and wood accents used throughout. The wet areas were quite dirty. On check-in there was a previous guest’s poo stains on top of the toilet seat. The silicon sealants around the sink are black with mould. And the shower drain didn’t work so the entire bathroom floor would be wet after each shower and the water had to drain from the main bathroom drain instead. The bed was comfortable and large, but make sure to bring good quality earplugs as the rooms are facing the street so the noise from the restaurant opposite is extremely loud at night. Virtually no sound proofing at all. The mini kitchen is handy with cutlery and plates provided. And there was a small wardrobe. The pool itself was fine but the change rooms looked horrendous from the outside - reminiscent of a public toilet so I was too afraid to go in. Overall, if you are on a budget and backpacking and can sleep through noise then the hotel could work. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it due to the dirtiness and noise.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful. The space was bright, quiet, and well-maintained. Every service, from check-in to check-out, went smoothly. What stood out the most was the genuine friendliness and dedication of the employees. They made me feel valued as a guest

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to assist with a smile. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back

Amazing hotel! Very cute. Very thoughtful decor. Travelling a lot and haven't yet seen such an artistic hotel. Small design details make you feel so wonderful. Great aesthetics. Thao, Ty, An, Anh and Huy are very nice and friendly! Thank you so much.
