Amazing place to stay, extremely clean with lovely, large rooms equipped with a private balcony, kettle, cups, lamps, chairs and a very well priced mini bar The pool is very private and very clean The staff are amazing and so helpful. It's situated over the bridge and a short cycle or drive from the bustle of the Old Town. So great for getting an early night, but we also had nights that we stayed out very late and that was no issue. Would love to stay again, we ended up extending to 6 nights

We enjoyed a clean well appointed poolside room. Everything worked well. Good tv service. Affordable scooters on the property as well as bicycles. Breakfast is very good with excellent and juices. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it is close to central Hoi An but far enough out to be quiet and free of the crazy traffic. A new bridge adjacent to the property will soon open acesss another riverside neighborhood of Hoi An.
for a very affordable price this has been the most proper hotel we've been in vietnam. everything is clean, the quality of the building and interior is top noch. the pool is up and ready. this is the first time where the pictures on agoda didnt lie, it's actually that good. you can rent bicycles. the staff is very helpful and friendly. they even went and organized raincoats for us. the pool was ready and nice.
Thuong was incredibly helpful after Airbnb had made an error with our booking. She helped us to get refunded by Airbnb, book another hotel, and a taxi.
Fantastic place rooms are spacious and big balcony. 10 minutes from old town and fantastic restaurant in both directions. Highly recommend staying here .
MOLDY AND DIRTY. they didn’t give me the room I’ve booked. Instead they gave me a moldy one. Even the bedsheets and pilows are moldy. And I’m allergic to mold. I suffered here for 2 days an then checked out. It was my first time in vietnam and first hotel. It was very bad. I cried for hours and couldn’t sleep and couldn’t breathe in the moldy room. They said they’ve changed owners. I think old ones were great but this ones don’t care about people. They just want money. All the pictures they put on their website is a total scam.
I booked this place for a few nights just to get my bearings. Now I’m on my third extension and honestly can’t think of a reason to leave. The rooms are big — actually big — with space to breathe, unpack, and spread out. The bed’s ridiculously comfy, and the balcony overlooking the pool has become my go-to spot to sit, zone out, and pretend I have no responsibilities. The owners are there whenever you need them - always smiling, always checking in, always quick to help with anything. One night they invited me to a Vietnamese BBQ, and when I tried to chip in, they just laughed and waved me off. They’ve also carried a 20L water jug up to my room because I couldn’t manage it, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know about them. And they remember all the small details that lots of hotels forget, and that makes a big difference when you need a home away from home. There’s a mini fridge in the room that’s actually fairly priced — the drinks cost the same as they do in shops, which feels like a tiny miracle. The room gets cleaned often, and the cleaners are lovely — they greet you, ask if you need anything, and somehow make everything look brand new each time. Towels get changed every couple of days, or more if you ask. Free shower gel, too. The pool is perfect after a day of exploring — clean, quiet, the kind of water you just want to sink into and stay there. There’s a little seating area outside that’s great for morning coffee or chatting with other guests, and a bookshelf where you can swap or borrow something new to read. And the free bikes are a bonus. I’ve used them almost every day to explore or run into town — they make everything easy, and when I had a problem with one of them (my fault), they had it fixed by the evening. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this one does. It’s calm, cared for, and run by people who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. That’s why I’m still here (Sorry guys, you can't get rid of me that easily)! Thanks for everything you continue to do - you are making my trip to Hoi An amazing!!
I would like to start by noting that the owners changed just one week ago. We were not given the room we booked and were placed in a cheaper, extremely damp room with a strong smell. My girlfriend had an asthma attack because of it and she tried to sleep outside yet they refused to change our room. The amenities advertised on the website were inaccurate (for example, bicycles were listed as free, but we were charged and told that “we had chosen the paid bicycles”). Their attitude was friendly at first but changed completely once complaints and money were involved. This was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had despite traveling extensively.
This is so funny that they call themselves a 3 star hotel LOL :D The rooms were MOLTY and very dirty. The bed sheets and the pillows were also moldy. the room was different from the picture on their hotels profile. I paid for a room in the second floor with a balcony and a bath tub but they gave me a room in the ground floor without a balcony or a bathtub. Also as a plus toilet window opens to a pool area. and from the window people outside can see the whole bathroom. They had a very bad attitude towards me after I asked for a room change. So you can stay there if you don't have any problems with mold. Also at night a guy that I assume a friend of the owners, sleep on the couch at the reception. He comes to the hotel very late, uses the common toilet loudly, talk on the phone. So it was impossible to sleep there also because of that too.
This is the perfect hideway from the crowds of Hoi An ancient town. We loved everything about this place. Sol our hostess went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, she attended to everything we needed and also took us on some …
