Beautiful and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. A manager by the name of Van Hai at breakfast was great! He went above and beyond to cater to my vegetarian father.

⭐️ Disappointing Experience – Not Up to Standard Unfortunately, my stay at Royal Lotus Hotel was far below expectations. The facilities are noticeably run-down, and the room I stayed in was dirty and poorly maintained — more comparable to a 2-star hotel than what was advertised. Cleanliness seemed to be an afterthought, and the overall hygiene of the space was unacceptable. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed untrained or unfamiliar with basic hospitality standards. Service felt disorganized and unhelpful throughout the stay. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool area. It was rented out to outside swim classes, turning it into a noisy, chaotic place — more like a public swimming center than a hotel amenity. On top of that, public spaces like the lobby had dirty floors and unclean tables and chairs, giving a neglected and careless impression. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Royal Lotus Hotel until significant improvements are made in both service and facility upkeep.

The staff are very helpulf. I have a problem with the AC, on the first night, they checked, but unfortunately all the room is occupied. The next, they give me upgrade, plus a complimentary fruit basket. The location is best, in the city near by the beach. The convention room is huge. The swimming pools is beautiful, with a good view.

Sea view very centrally located place. Lots of eating joints and market just across the road. Helping staff. Would like them to add few more options for vegetarian people.

Front desk Staffs were friendly and helpful, they took care of us with the highest enthusiasm. They gave us a Vietnam hat, and said it was useful for really hot and sunny days with 39 degree. The staff were a credit to the hotel, I couldn't praise them more..

My experience in this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and they had large, clean bathrooms with free essentials such as Q-Tips, razors, toothbrushes, shampoo and more. The view was also very nice. This hotel is at a quiet place. I slept very well. The breakfast is also very nice with many food options. The beds were very comfy and the room was well designed. I would recommend this place if you want a clean space.

this place is great. when i arrived there was one guy working the desk taking care of a MASSIVE tour group. he still made time to acknowledge me and check me in promptly despite the chaos in the lobby. already a great start. i booked last minute online and realized i booked a twin room. they upgraded me to a king room no problem. already good vibes became great vibes. and the room was great. good view of the city. large space to sprawl out. it’s not brand new or super polished by any means. but it’s above average for the price range. overall phenomenal stay. you won’t regret it.

Really good hotel - clean and tidy, , reasonably priced, excellent service from fluent English speaking reception staff, superb location right in the hub of lots of amenities and eateries, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room is cozy, clean and spacious. The minus point is the breakfast option is less and not nice. Need more manpower at the egg station and the chef is not friendly

Very poor sound insulation — the neighbors (a Chinese family with a child) were noisy, and the baby cried until 3 a.m. last night. I’m exhausted. The breakfast is not suitable for Europeans, the coffee is instant, and when you enter the restaurant, there is a very strong and unpleasant smell — I don’t know what it is, but it’s awful. The gym looks nothing like the photos: it’s hot inside, the air conditioner doesn’t work, and the equipment is old. The only positives are the beautiful sea view and the staff. I just hope I’m not mistaken about the staff and that they will send the documents I requested after our stay.

QUIET rooms! Best location on the beach. Very very adequate management. Solid breakfast.

The rooms were very bad and the service wasn’t good as well. We stayed here for 3 days and the water wasn’t working properly as all. There was no temperature regulation as the water either came very cold or boiling hot. The shower dint work at all and it was very hard to bathe with such conditions. The jet shower was also really bad as water came so fast so you couldn’t use it. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place as the service is not so good but the rooms are really very terrible. All the hotels I went to were very nice but this was the worst in Vietnam. As we weren’t even told about the regulations etc is this hotel. Also we called someone to the fix the shows on the 1st day but it just made it worse. And my family and i went and all the rooms were just as bad. Please try and stay in a different hotel for a better experience.
