Great staff hospitality made our stay wonderful! Family of 4 with kids. Reception and restaurant staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. At check-in, they kindly guided us and even booked our tour, making our coconut boat experience smooth and enjoyable. On checkout day, they arranged a taxi from Hoi An to Danang with a stop at Marble Mountains—perfect for a seamless trip. During breakfast, staff kept tables spotless, brought coffee promptly, and showed excellent training and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our trip so happy!

Absolutely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter and I stayed 3 nights at this resort during our leisure trip. What a fabulous experience! From the first moment we arrived at the resort we felt very welcomed. Ms Tram Nguyen at the front office and her team were very friendly, informative and always made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Tram also recommended tailor shops, restaurants and attractions, etc. Breakfast was delicious and varied with a lot of different cuisines The resort offered complimentary afternoon tea due to the flood occured few weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting the in-house Lemongrass Spa which was a wonderful experience, Nhung did a facial for me and Hanh did a body massage, they were skillful and attentive to what I needed. My room was serviced every day and was very comfortable, great view, the water pressure in the shower was perfect and the personal care products smelled so good! The resort is located in a quiet area but it only takes within 10-15 minutes to walk to the night market, the shops and cross the bridge to Old Town. In general, we were very satisfied and recommend this resort to anyone who wants to visit Hoi An!

For our first stop in Vietnam, we stayed two nights at Rivertown Hoi An. I booked the connecting rooms on level 6 facing the river for my family of four (two young children). The resort is located on the same side as the Hoi An night market, about a 5 min walk which made it very convenient. Their restaurant, The Soul, is amazing from the breakfast buffet spread to their a la carte lunch menu. Breakfast options were abundant from the standard hot breakfast items with made to order egg station (including eggs Benedict), pho & bun cha station, Vietnamese salads, congee, banh xeo, dim sums including banh cuon (dim sum options changes daily). There was also a chef who was making making rice paper rolls and spring rolls next to the juice and coffee/tea station. Loved their fresh rolls and banh xeo (not previously a fan - green mango is amazing here). There’s a small gym next to the spa house and massages were great (20% off for 60min bookings - paid about $36 AUD) and the service of all the staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Tram who gave us a great detailed introduction to Hoi An on arrival with the key attractions, atm locations and WhatsApped us local recommendations for food and hot travel tips. Special mention to Lan at the restaurant who looked after us. There’s also two pools - adults only at the front and a kid friendly one at the back, looking out to the river. Room amenities are aplenty but a bit on the older side. Balcony is separated by two sets of glass doors for great sound proofing. Great sleep from pitch black block out curtains. All in all, loved the experience and look forward to staying again.

This ECo hotel is a gem, Tram and Thi at the reception were great, checked if we have any dietary requirements which we have one gluten free and one vegetarian in our group of 8 adults. Also gave very insightful recommendations for places to visit. The follow up by the service staff esp Duyen at Soul restaurant was just as amazing, make the effort to highlight the cuisine and also offered to get the kitchen to cook gluten free dish. Breakfast spread was great too, wide variety and cooked to perfection. Rooms were impeccably clean, great facilities, 2 good size pools and free bikes to tour the city. Thank you for your care and warm hospitality. We stayed 2 nites, will come back again!

A very sincere thanks to every single staff member of this hotel , who once again helped make our stay here absolutely memorable!! They were all welcoming , caring and efficient. This hotel has everything you could wish for , from the morning swim in a fantastic pool , to a fully catered diverse breakfast , lunch and dinner! Assistance with tour bookings and onward travel . Walking distance to ancient town and restaurants, and free bicycle usage for those who want to explore further . Enjoy an extended stay to appreciate all there is to offer . We will definitely be returning.

A wonderful hotel, perfectly placed 10 mins walk from the centre of the old town so beautifully quiet. We had a lovely welcome with tea provided for us. The staff were superb, very friendly and were interested and engaged with the guests. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Great breakfast, 2 pools: a splash pool for kids and decent sized pool for adults. The owners/proprietors take great effort to keep the garden and grounds looking stunning. A lovely spa for massages and treatments was available at very reasonable prices. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the motorbike bridge, which contrary to another review, we didn’t find it in the slightest bit noisy. The gardens are very much themed in well-being and space and sitting there with an early evening cocktail was an absolute joy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Wonderful location right near downtown, very much in the mix of things. However, it was still very quiet at night. Gorgeous pool, gorgeous hotel. Amazing room with a huge balcony and a huge huge tub which was perfect for relaxing After a very busy day. They also made a very cute ‘happy birthday’ for me which was super cute & I loved it. I would recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again .

We stayed here for 6 night over lunar New year. The staff and lovely and helpful, the rooms are spacious, with small balcony and well. Shower and bathroom are excellent. Water stations on each level for hot and cold water. Breakfast buffet is lovely and fresh and great selection. I also used the Lemongrass spa for facial and it was also very good. Slightly away from noisy area, but we easy to get around. Beautiful large pool with plenty of sun lounges and covers.

I can’t say enough about Rivertown Hoi An Resort &Spa. Our room on the 7th floor has everything we need, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and ceiling fan, lovely balcony with nice chairs, and adequate storage. While the room isn’t huge, it certainly meets our needs (senior couple). The breakfast buffet makes it a challenge to choose what to have each day, it’s all delicious. The 2 pool areas are great for lounging around when you don’t want to go into town, I can attest to that. But where this hotel absolutely excels is in its staff. We have been made to feel welcome and cared for by everyone we’ve had even the slightest interaction with. I especially have to give a huge huge shoutout to Tram in reception. I had the misfortune of having my wallet stolen and she actually took us to the police station in a taxi and stayed with us to translate while we made a report. She was an absolute godsend. I don’t think we’ve ever had such kind and caring service anywhere. So what was an unfortunate incident was made less daunting with her assistance. Thank you so much Tram! And thank you to all the staff who are true professionals in their field.

They upgraded our room because of our honey room. Really friendly staff! The best breakfast Buffett we had on our 3 week travels through Vietnam & Thailand. Rooms were well presented and tidy & services good. Awesome having access tot the bikes to get around town we loved that. Had a great 2 hour ritual massage too. Great time!!
