Risemount Premier Resort Danang

What a wonderful find. It is a smaller hotel, but large enough you do not feel like you are missing anything. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is fabulous. So many options and egg service to order. The coffee options are multiple. The fresh fruit and breads are fabulous. We loved the room. It was a junior suite on the ground level. The first morning was quite noisy early because of kids in the pool before 8 am. But, it wasn’t too loud that you couldn’t roll over and go back to sleep. We loved the swing on the patio. There are two pool options. Both are sunny and have seating options to relax. The bar at the ground level pool has a full food and drink menu. The food comes out warm to your chair. The gym had two treadmills, some free weights, and a couple machines. It has aircon you can control. We loved falling into bed. It is fluffier than we expected but easy to sleep in through the night. The rooms remain dark during the day if you want to rest. The staff is so wonderful. Everyone was a joy and they help you with your Vietnamese if you prefer to learn the local language. It was everything we were looking for in a retreat and rest time. The location is a couple blocks from the beach and about 10 -15 minute walk from the night market at the dragon bridge. Coffee is all around. We had a sweet snack when we arrived waiting in our room. During breakfast, they celebrate birthdays with a treat too. The day before we checked out, the staff arranged for a bell boy to pick up the suitcases the next day. They think of everything.

The breakfast buffet was incredible, the rooms were clean, and the overall setup was very Instagrammable.We got free upgrade to a balcony view room. We stayed as two families with one child each. During check-in, the guidelines were explained, and it was mentioned that since the hotel follows an all-white theme, towels or bedsheets cannot be cleaned if they get marked. We believe this is more of a top-down management or policy communication issue rather than an individual staff concern. While we fully understand etiquette and are responsible guests, being told this upfront made us overly cautious and uncomfortable throughout the stay. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our vacation, we felt constantly worried until check-out. We have stayed in many 4- and 5-star hotels during our Vietnam trip and other travels, and this was a first for us. The property is lovely, but this aspect of communication impacted our overall experience and is something management may want to revisit.

Excellent Services, Excellent Rooms, Mouth Tasty Buffet Breakfast ( menu change every morning ). We are very happy with the Resort and Staffs. The Resort is right in the Central of Da Nang so very convience for everthing.b Rating 5 Star from our family. We will reconmend this Risemount Resort to our Families and Friends.
