I am very satisfied with the customer service at this resort. Although we had some concerns at the beginning, Ms. Lieu handled them promptly and professionally. As a result, we now have no complaints and feel extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided. Thank you to Ms. Lieu and the entire team for making our holiday more enjoyable and memorable. We will certainly return to this beautiful city and will choose Risemount again for our accommodation.

We booked this place for 2 weeks and got upgraded to a room with the balcony as we had issues with the first room. I would say the highlight of this place is the location , the two pools, the breakfast and many of the staff are super friendly. We wanted to book another 9 more weeks to stay with them, we asked for a discount as we are staying that long but we were offered a minimal amount off so we decided to give another hotel our business as the appreciated us more.

We stayed at the Risemount for a total of 14 days to relax. The location of the hotel is great – the city center can be reached quickly (about 10 minutes by taxi), and the beach is only around a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are cleaned daily. We stayed in a suite, which offered plenty of space and really made us feel at home. Now to the best part: the breakfast was outstanding. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced anything comparable. The quality and variety are exceptional, and the whole experience is elevated by the first-class staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. We had a personal contact person whom we could approach with any questions, concerns, or requests during the entire stay. We were always greeted warmly and treated with so much care and attention. A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff who are without exception, polite, friendly and attentive. Rooms are a decent size with excellent facilities comparable with most good international hotels in Europe but a fraction of the price of course. Lovely pool and bar areas. Exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained common areas. Great location, a short level walk to the beach and nunerous places to amuse yourself, loads of good bars, cafes, and restaurants.

Exceptionally friendly staff and a great location. The breakfast offers a wide variety and leaves little to be desired. The pools are fantastic. However, you can tell that the hotel is a bit older in some areas. Nevertheless, we would happily stay here again.

At first we had some minor issues . Luckily thanks to the great service and customer relations manager we were helped a lot whenever they could so that these issues were solved: - The front door of the Junior suite we booked was stiff to open. After scanning the access card, you had to open the door by force. After addressing this they immediately fixed this. - At check-in, we asked to shorten our 6-day stay to 5-day due to unforeseen circumstances. It took a few days for a definite answer but they were flexible enough to reimburse the last day. - The suite turned out to have a 50L water boiler. Something to take into account when you try to have longer hot showers or try to fill the bath tub (you need to wait around 30min for hot water again). This was not something they could solve ofcourse but they were working on it to improve this. The suite itself was nice and spacious. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the breakfast was great (lots of choice). Within 5min walking you are at the beach, so no need for a grab taxi. Should the weather be a bit cold for the beach then you can also swim in one of their 2 swimmingpools. All in all, a very good quality price ratio.

This hotel is an oasis in the midst of the businesses of Danang. Very peaceful and tranquil resort vibe whenever you want to unwind and chill, and in close proximity to restaurants, night market, and the beach if you want more action. Our room was fantastic - on the ground floor with a terrace and a swing overlooking the pool! Bathroom was huge with a shower and a big soaking tub. The property was giving off Mediterranean vibes! Landscaping was beautiful! The breakfast was amazing! Banh mi station, Vietnamese coffee station and tons of other options. They have two pools so if you want more peace and quiet go to the rooftop! We also tried their hair spa package, which was a wonderful experience although I wish the spa opened earlier in the day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lisa at the front desk helped us with tours.. They also gave us a couple of great restaurant recommendations that have proven amazing!
