Red House Homestay

Wonderful Homestay in Hoi An. The location is a few minutes bike away from the old town centre of Hoi An, and it’s a idillic spot with a nice swimming pool and green outdoor space. The family that run this Homestay are so helpful and go above and beyond for everyone. They also have a lovely coffee shop attached to the Homestay and have free bicycles for guests to use. The dorm I stayed in was really comfortable and spacious, with a fan and AC. The bathroom is clean and I met some really nice people staying here. They had some nice looking private rooms too. The breakfast is excellent value and delicious (I had the banana chocolate pancakes). I’d recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Hoi An.

Nice, clean, inexpensive family homestay. The rooms were simple but very clean. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the swimming pool and free bike rental. The big plus was the coconut ice cream at their coffee shop

Fantastic stay! Clean rooms, great quiet location and very affordable prices. Super helpful family, we’re very kind too! The owner even bought me a Banh Mi and water for my sleeper bus🙏🏻

Highly recommend this hostel. The beds in the dorm are very big. Outside the main town but still lots around and cheap grab into town. Great cafe joined on and staff were super helpful. Very nice back garden to chill in

We stayed at Red house for 4 nights and honestly could not recommend it enough. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. During our stay there I got food poisoning from some street food and the hosts went above and beyond to help me recover, including going to the pharmacy and getting me different medicines and making me ginger tea. Their attentiveness and hospitality was very appreciated. Plus they have a very cute Labrador😊

I had a truly wonderful stay at this homestay and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I want to especially mention Theo, who is an incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful host. She genuinely made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. She was always very responsive, attentive to details, and quick to help with anything I needed. You can really feel that she cares about her guests, and that made a big difference for me. The house itself is very clean, tidy, and modern, with absolutely no issues during my stay. Everything is well maintained, organized, and comfortable. The room was quiet and relaxing, and one of my favorite parts was the beautiful window view, facing nature, trees, and lush greenery. Waking up to that view was peaceful and refreshing. I also rented a motorbike directly from Theo, and it was in very good condition, smooth to ride, and reliable. It made getting around very easy and convenient. In addition, all members of the homestay were friendly, polite, and helpful. The overall atmosphere is warm, calm, and welcoming, which really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing hosts and a relaxing natural environment. I would definitely stay here again and truly appreciate the care and hospitality I received.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s a beautiful house with a lovely area. There is a big garden and plenty of common areas with lots of space to relax, work, or just hang out. The staff are wonderful — always available and ready to help with any questions. The girl in the cafe are also very sweet and friendly. Yes, there is a cafe on-site with great drinks and desserts, and they serve a delicious breakfast. The dorm room is great, with very big, comfortable beds and nice showers. The place is always clean. You can really feel that it’s family-run and that they truly care about the property. Another big plus is that they provide free bicycles. The location is also very convenient — it’s easy to reach both side the Old Town and the beach from here.
