Super great service, everyone is friendly and supportive from the security guy, tea lady to receptionist, the room is clean and super well-designed. One of the best hotel experience I’ve had. Will revisit next time. Thanks!!

I stayed at Record Hotel during a recent business trip, mainly due to its outstanding cleanliness ratings, and it truly didn’t disappoint. The hotel was spotless, which I really appreciated. Its central location made getting around the city very convenient, whether for work or leisure. The breakfast buffet wasn’t overly extensive, but the options were nicely presented and nutritionally balanced. I’d especially recommend this hotel for families, as their studio rooms come with high quality Japanese- style kitchenettes, that is great feature for longer stays or those who prefer to cook.

Comfy and clean hotel. Great location. The staff were very friendly and Tan in particular is such a great human. He is wonderful to talk with and he gave us great recommendations! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

We booked Record Hotel spontaneously after arriving late at night from Hoi An, as we wanted to be closer to the second hotel we were checking into the next day. It turned out to be perfect for the one night – clean, comfortable rooms with a nice Japanese-style toilet, and a very convenient city location. Honestly, we could have stayed longer too, as it offered everything needed for a solid city stay. Great value and would return again.

Located in a more local spot away from busy tourist areas, easy to get a Grab to places, room was comfortable with nice views and I liked the aesthetics - would stay again.

Nice & clean budget place good for a night or two. We especially want to point out the very helpful front desk manager Mr. Criss. He´s very friendly, accommodating and flexible as all the other staff members.

Chris (the reception) was so helpful! The hospitality, room, bathroom, even the bidet is so great! Hope we will come back soon and spend more time here ❤️❤️❤️

Good size clean rooms, staff very friendly and attentive. Good area of top floor with nice pool, with food and drinks available. Had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed in two rooms, one Deluxe and one Studio Triple with a Han River view. Both rooms were very nice and clean. The location is excellent and close to many places. The staff were very friendly, especially Chris, who guided us to the best food nearby and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Comfortable rooms. Strong air-conditioning. Good buffet breakfast. Fast internet. Water closet toilet like japan feels! Recommended Hotel.

Nhi staff longe she was great and smiling. Mina front desk receptionist did a good job. (Hotel Owner knowledge selecting staff member) Room has perfect bedding with good quality pillows. Best sleep. Soundproofing and well and well darkened at night. Aircon it works good. Bathroom well clean and functional. I also appreciate breakfast 🍳 buffet in airy place at 12th floor.

The location and price are great but I don't recommend for the breakfast. The same amount of money you can buy good food from Grab.
