Radisson Hotel Danang

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Da Nang as a family of four with two toddlers. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent — a special thank you to Tuan, who truly went above and beyond. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect, close to everything yet relaxing. Breakfast was a real highlight with an impressive variety of international cuisine — honestly, it’s hard to stop eating. A fantastic hotel that we would happily recommend to families and couples alike. We’ll definitely be back!

The service was excellent, and the location is outstanding, with My Khe Beach just a few minutes away. The room was spacious and very clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. We were here 2 years ago and many of the staff still remember us. The hotel is very nice and service is incredible. The location as well, so much to do around the hotel it is perfect and right by the beach. As far as the staff they are some of the best no matter where we interact. The front desk to spa to breakfast always exceptional. Khanh the food and beverage manager is amazing so polite and professional. Every time we enter for breakfast he greets me and my wife by name and makes us feel welcome. The entire food staff is this way they are always smiling and willing to do what they can to make you feel special. We will definitely return and stay here at the Radisson DaNang.

Amazing Hotel. I had a wonderful day/evening at the 21st floor at the infinity pool. You have an incredible view on the sea and on the beach street of Da Nang. The drinks were really good and price is very reasonable. The staff was also really friendly. I will definitely come back.

The Radisson hotel Da Nang is truly an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed. From our room, we could enjoy a stunning ocean view the moment we opened the curtains. Staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Khanh, he chatted with us often, sharing useful information about the about Vietnamese culture. It's very useful for the first time visitors like us. Mr. Khank's colleagues Ms. Thao and their team had excellent service too. The food quality was outstanding, everything was delicious. Although we only stayed for three days. The rooftop sky pool offered breathtaking, endless ocean views. The experience was excellent. All four of us were completely satisfied. We sincerely thank them for their service and truly enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. I'll be back next year for sure.

My stay at the Radisson Da Nang was truly unforgettable, and it’s all thanks to the incredible people who made the experience so special. From the moment I arrived very late at night I was welcomed with warmth and genuine care. A very special thank you to Luna at the front desk, who went far beyond what I could have ever expected. Traveling in a new country can feel overwhelming, but Luna made me feel completely at ease, like I was at home. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything I needed turned what could have been a stressful arrival into a comforting and memorable experience. Over the course of my stay, Luna became more than just hotel staff she became a true friend. She consistently went above and beyond, always with a smile, and her thoughtful service made a lasting impression on me. She is truly a gem, and the hotel is very lucky to have her. It was also a pleasure meeting the General Manager, Christian, who was equally welcoming and kind. His leadership clearly reflects in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Because of the people especially Luna my stay at the Radisson Da Nang was extra special. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone visiting Da Nang. You won’t just have a great stay you’ll feel genuinely cared for.

Fabulous stay at the Radisson. Great location by the beach, with plenty going on nearby. The rooms are lovely, comfortable beds and a great shower. There’s a comprehensive spread for breakfast covering western and local options. We loved it. They have a great lounge as well for evening nibbles and drinks. One of the best 5-star hotels that you can find in Danang! Room is spotless and bed is comfy. Breakfast is very well organised and has lots of variety from western to authentic Vietnamese cuisines. The infinity pool on the top floor is instagram photoraphic. The beach is just across the road where you can hire a sunbathing chair and love your life! Hotel hand out beach towels for you to use as well. We got free 30-minute sauna for each guest (ocean view room, check with hotel when book). And above all, the customer service is the highlight. Every staff we met was very polite and made us feel very welcome. Highly recomended Radisson Danang!!

Really enjoy the stay in Radisson Hotel. Quiet and clean room. Excellent view from swimming pool. Really appreciate Luna's hospitality over the counter. She offered useful information about the hotel and the sightseeings. Also, she offered immediate assistance when I expressed our trouble to travel to the sightseeing. Other staff were also polite and helpful. On the other hand, the three assistants in pm shift were less friendly as they let the guests walking past the counter without any greeting.

To visit Vietam and Da Nang in particular, was our long lasting plan and important point on “to do” list. It was also quite obvious that we would be looking for a bit of comfort, good food, famous local hospitality and fantastic views. As frequent Radisson customer with highest tier level, I set my standards high and expect superb service. It was natural to choose Radisson Blu Da Nang for our 7 days and 7 nights rest. Guess what? It was PERFECT experience. Let me put strong emphasis on customer care – hotel staff not only was visible ready to help but exceeded expectations. Spacious rooms facing sea on the 18th floor gave as breathtaking view, swimming in infinite pool on the 20th floor late evening was memorable experience, breakfasts are worth every penny spent – every day new experience of fresh choices of local and continental dishes. And the grand finale – person that was every day amongst us customers, making sure all worked fine, greeting us with a memorable smile turned out to be the leader of this hotel – Christian, the General Manger.
