I would not suggest this stay to anyone. I originally booked because I saw it was owned by Haviland which I have had a good experience with in the past, but unfortunately they do not keep the same level of service and hygiene across different hotels. This is dirty and I felt disgusted while showering wondering how could it be so filthy. The floors are not kept clean throughout the day. Sands and dust all over the floor. There's a massive construction across the street and the traffic is beyond dangerous. Feels like India's traffic honestly. There are people who actually live in the hotel. Not just staying for a few days. These people are rude and stare at you like the own the place. Consider staying elsewhere.

The room was dirty, on the first day we didn’t have towels. It felt like an abandoned Hotel. In the morning it was so loud you’d think they were in your room. I had hairs on my pillow when I came. The shower didn’t really work and the bathtub was really dirty. The staff is very cute and helpful. I am so sorry to write this bad review but we had to cut the stay short. I dont know why this should be the city center, but I recommend to get something close to the beach.

The location of this hotel is very centric. It's much more of a local experience and this is a good thing for a tourist like me. The staff was generally kind and polite. Unfortunately there are certain aspects of how this hotel is ran that could be improved: - The hotel seems to have a long term crowd. The noise is sometimes unbearable. People screaming, kids running out of control. The staff won't do anything about it, so if you want to rest, it may not be the best situation. - The hot water was not working - The A/C was weak - The room walls were full of mold - The outdoor pool was not super clean We are traveling for a few months while backpacking, so none of this is too surprising. My issue is more about how the hotel is presented in booking sites, with beautiful pictures and a pristine swimming pool. Don't fall for it. Lower your expectations and then lower them a bit more. I'm attaching a video of the walls in the room so you can judge for yourself.

For the price paid it's definitely worth it. Room is big and bed are very comfortable with individual charging and light. Hotel area are reasonably good with a mall and market within walking distance The only thing is the cleaners is just …

The road in front of the hotel is in construction so getting there is a little bit of a hassle, especially when it is raining. Beside the the room is very spacious and clean. You coundt ask for more at this price range

The street is being reconstructed, so since it was raining, it was muddy. The elevator entrance is in the cafe next to the hotel. The air was visibly smoky and smelled of cigarettes. Going up to the lobby, it was the same thing. The slippers in the room were dirty. The two beds had bugs crawling on them, and there was hair on the sheets. We left immediately and were able to get a free cancellation.

Worst hostel I've been in Vietnam, literally locals live there, very dirty place, bathrooms so dirty. It has been cleaned up in ages, the rooms are so smelly, I run out from this place asap. I paid two nights in advance cause is close to the city, but I stayed one night, I don't care losing my money.

The dorm isn't great, but not horrible. Mine was on the 9th floor. The room itself is fine, but the bathroom and common area are quite bad. There are some long term residents that are sharing these spaces, which leads to some problems with cleanliness and rules. When I stepped out of the elevator, there was someone right there, smoking a cigarette. Clothes were hung all over the bathroom, like it was someone's personal space. I could see the cleaning staff doing a good job in the morning, but within an hour of people waking up, both these areas would get dirty, very quickly. Also the pool was under construction, never open. Other than that, it was alright. Good location at least

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Their service …

I've stayed in many hostels, but this is, honestly, the worst. The bed was crawling with insects and ants. People practically live in the rooms, eating, talking nonstop at all hours, and playing video games. The bathrooms are awful, filthy, and reek of urine. The shower hasn't been cleaned in months. Clothes and shoes are scattered everywhere, some in the same spot (the public toilet) for days. In short, anywhere else is better. There are other backpackers like me who share the same opinion: this place is terrible 💩🤮👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
