Palmera Hoi An Villa & Apartment

We stayed 2nd floor for 2nights. The room was very clean and silent. The facilities were also adequate.

Always construction and noise. Can not sleep as it is always noisy.

Had a lovely birthday weekend at the villa, staff was beyond helpful and the location was really safe and welcoming for solo travellers. Not even a peck of dust in the room, all in all I would love to return soon but they're fully booked for the next 2 months ☺️

I had a lovely stay here. The design is great and people are awesome. They have everything you need in the house: free coffee machine, laundry and kitchen,…Location is also very convenient and close to go to anywhere. I love the pool..

We stay at the penthouse on the 4th floor, and it is the best for us to live for 2 months. It has everything you need in the area. 8min to the beach and 8min to Old Town. Lake is only a 3-minute walk, and after a while, there are so many activities around the area. Especially for kids. The building has an elevator and coffee machine. The pool is rather small but good enough for swimming every day. The style and the modern living match with daily life in Hoi An.have free bikes, too. The owner is very helpful and makes it super easy to live here.

We stayed here in this Villa for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms and the we had a really great time here! Super close and convenient to the old town and the rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and the house dog is super cute!!

The Villa is perfect for people looking to get good sleep while on vacation. My room was very clean, very modern, and complete with essentials. The owner and staff are very accommodating, responsive, and nice. No negative comment about the place. The dog and cat are also very cute. I already miss them. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

We stayed in the studio with balcony view, was a really nice apartment about 10 mins drive from old town. The staff are super friendly and have a cute dog called Uno, they also offer free espresso and bicycles which is a lovely touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new apartment building. They have all the facilities you will need and the staff are very friendly. Speak excellent English and a happy to assist you with anything. Highly recommend.

The location isn’t in the old town, but it’s only a 10minute scooter ride, so it’s not a big deal at all. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, and they even have bathtubs and a projector, perfect for watching Netflix. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and a very comfortable bed.

Brand new and looks exactly like the photos. We had the studio room and it was impressively spacious - including storage for clothes and mini sofa. The projector in the bath is of course the best part and was so cool to use. Room has a tiny balcony but useful for fresh air. Staff are still learning but have a fantastic attitude. Good wifi and airconditioning too.
