Ms. Hau and her team always provide outstanding service for my apartment. The team is extremely polite, polished, well dressed and very efficient. Ms. Hau always stop by to ensure the services were delivered up to Accor’s standards. My apartment is left flawless every single time her team comes to service my apartment. Additionally, they greet me and often ask me is there anything else desired. Lastly, they never without acknowledging that the job has been complete. I give her 5 Stars ✨ she’s an outstanding manager.

This New Year trip honestly exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect to feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The room was fresh, well arranged, and had such a cozy vibe that made it hard to leave each morning. I also really enjoyed the food — everything tasted great and felt well prepared. What truly stood out, though, was the front desk team. They were approachable, patient, and genuinely kind, which made every interaction pleasant. We loved our 8 night stay . We were welcomed and given a very good introduction to the hotel by Tino. Accor status and explorer membership was recognised. We appreciated the rose petals and cake in our room to celebrate our anniversary and also the room upgrade. The club service and food and beverage offerings were great. We loved relaxing in there and the view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to DaNang and will be recommending this hotel to our friends. Novotel Danang Premier Han River is a very convenient city hotel—about 15 minutes by car from the airport and around a 15-minute walk to Han Market. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent Han River access and views: you can simply cross the road and be right by the river. The staff were consistently friendly, and the room condition was good overall, so I would recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Danang or anyone who wants to explore the city on foot. As part of the Platinum member benefits, I was upgraded to a room facing toward the Thuan Phuoc Bridge area, with a wide open view of Danang Bay and the Son Tra Peninsula. The panoramic scenery—river, sea, and mountains—was even better than expected and made it easy to relax even while staying in the hotel. The gym was also spacious and well equipped, and working out in the morning while looking over the Han River was a great start to the day. Housekeeping and cleanliness were also very satisfactory. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool. If the hotel could adjust the number and placement of sunbeds and add more greenery around the pool, it would feel even more comfortable for resting while enjoying the view. The Premier Lounge evening cocktails were excellent, and the Han River night view was a perfect way to end the day. The lounge staff always greeted guests with warm smiles and kind service—among the best I have experienced compared to other hotels. I was also touched to receive a birthday cake during my stay, even though I had not mentioned my birthday in advance. My sincere thanks to the lounge and reception teams. Overall, I truly appreciate all the staff for making my trip more memorable, and I hope to return again on my next visit to Danang.
