clean, good location, close to the beach, friendly

The guesthouse was very cheerful and friendly. We stayed during a Vietnamese holiday, when all the restaurants were closed. The owners were very enthusiastic, providing free food and inviting us to join them in lighting a bonfire and setting off fireworks. The rooms were clean, not as modern as high-end hotels, but the price was reasonable for the service. Thank you for everything. We had a memorable vacation.

They didn't have room we reserved they told us about it at 8pm when we came and blamed us for some reason. Very unkind woman

Very nice staff, Rooms were clean and nice, AC,fan and hot water. Drinks fridge downstairs too with cold refreshments. It’s quite far away from things and we had to get car everywhere. But the walk down from the sea is lovely. Clean fresh air.

Very bad , i paid and check-in since !12 pm but i can't get the room untel 4pm . Nobody cleans the room . GODDD AND EVEN the young owner , he doesn't understand simple English for check-in. No not hope any communication with old owners by English. No staffs , the owner needs to clean by themselves and with one old lady, she can't and the old man doesn't help anything.
