Good price, basic room and near beaches & many restaurant. Should have a look on the top of wardrobe, there is many dust.

Price, service, accommodations all excellent. Danang beautiful the little I saw. Was depressed at the time the only reason I left. Very good value in every way.

The room is quite small. In one room the air conditioner is broken. Employees are good and kind. The price is cheap. Near the beach.

We have a chance here for one night. It was a room enough for a bed. Equipment is old and dusty. The attitude of the girl who made the checkout process is like "I do not need guests". We leave the room late 10 minutes late check out and charge extra time.

Absolutely everything was great - the location, room, cleanliness, air-con, price, english speaking and very helpful staff! ||You can rent a motorbike at the place (they didn't want to rent it for a longer distance travel, though).

Lovely room, even if the bathroom door broke and was locked so we couldn't get in. A repair man came and the whole situation was sorted within 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Location was slightly off on google maps, but I submitted a fix so hopefully correct now. Reasonable price for room with private bathroom and free breakfast. We tried to extend our stay, but it was all booked for the next night.

Basic guest house, clean and good value. The receptionists speak English and are very helpful. There are motorbikes for rent and it is only a short walk from the beach! Air conditioning works well too!

i just stayed 1 night at Kara Beachside guesthouse. But but I am very satisfied, friendly staff and help with a map. 5 minutes go to beach and there are a few restaurants around. Breakfast with many choices and eye-catching. and good value for money.

Very comfortable stay here for 1 night. Google translate recommended as nice woman at reception struggled with our accents I think but I would not fault her or the place on that - it is Vietnam not my home country! Really close walk to the beach but we preferred the beaches nearer to Hoi An.
