A fallen , run-down to the minimal, barebones supposedly 4* hotel . Physical credit cards were needed instead of tap/ phones. Insistence on 500k in cash for deposit instead of holding an Auth on the credit card. 1 miserable coffee for 2 persons occupany, begrudgingly given a 2nd only when asked. Hotwater had a separate , unmarked switch despite a keycard powersaving switch. Bathroom shower area would flood into the toilet area making it wet. Finally, having to wait nearly 15 minutes for the return of my 500k deposit on checkout. An embarassment of the rating system.

Hoai An , hotel sale officer provide good service and guardians to serve and explaination . I would give a 5 star rating .

A night sad?! Dissapointed on this day, we are so surprised the hotel service. When i check in nobody help me to hang on the luggage & show me the way to the room. I try myself at 22:00 The old & dirty pillow on bed Is not ironed with older guest’s hair, bedside that another deeply dirty at the corner in the wardrobe without,no bathdrop in room, the bed dancing everywhere that make you easy to fall out. I try to cal the reception, they told me that the standard room, if i need something i can request? He comes to my room & witness all things and i wait until 23:00 nobody come?? Terrible service, the hotel management should observe what is your service & where are you? I seriously consider changing another hotel that they bring better service & need more income.
