Mường Thanh Grand Đà Nẵng Hotel

This is the first time I came to Da Nang to travel with friends. My friends and I booked a room at Muong Thanh hotel, the room was very nice and clean. The staff here are all very beautiful and friendly. Especially Nhi, the receptionist at the lobby, guided me to change rooms and introduced the delicious dishes in Danang. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here.

They charge me 50k VND for a hanger that already broken before i check in. and charge me for a missing spoon while while I 100% confirm the spoon is there in the room before i left the room. Congested lobby and dining area. slow elevator have to wait for 10minutes. This hotel dont deserved 4 star rating. Real experienced rating i will rate this hotel 2 star.

Watch your valuables! Sadly we had a bad experience here. After the cleaning of our room my girlfriend noticed that half of her expensive YSL perfume was missing. We reported it to the manager Thu straight away in the morning. We also advised her that the cleaner had failed to replenish our room with water, tea and coffee. Thu told us that the cleaner had advised her that she had indeed replenished the room with water, tea and coffee but this was proved false when Thu inspected our room as proof. Obviously it is very hard to prove she had taken the perfume due to having no cameras etc, but my girlfriend only uses it sparingly due to the cost and was 100% sure it had gone down by half a large bottle as she had used it before going out on valentines night. It is a sad situation as that bottle cost more than our total stay in Vietnam and has left a very bad taste. It is clear that if the staff member has lied to her manager then she has most probably taken the perfume in a perfume atomizer. Thu advised her managers but all that was offered was a late check out and some fruit by way of an apology. Sadly this was not sufficient to compensate our loss.

Enjoy staying in Muong Thanh Hotel's, network through out Vietnam. I get free upgrade & early check-in as well. Beside all Muong Thanh Hotel comfortable to stay, friendly English speaking staff & many choice of Breakfast.
