We had a pleasant stay at the moonlight hotel. Our room was clean but a little outdated.||Cons:|- There was some damp in the room causing bubbling but it wasn’t really a bother for me.|- There was a rather large cockroach in our room and …

It was lovely staying at your property. 🫶🏼😍🥰. Humble and kind staffs . Beautiful rooms at resonable price through booking.com.

I booked through an app but wanted the view of the bridge, so I just paid a little extra and got the best view of the city with the bridge and everything, my double suite has a corner window in the bedroom and the view is absolutely amazing, better than I expected, this suite even has a bathtub, only thing missing is a swimming pool and gym, then I would have stayed longer

It was the worst experience we had yesterday. Moonlight cheated us when they got better customer. They gave out booked room for someone else and we were in middle road because of Moonlight's bad business mentality and they cheated us for better money.. Don't trust this moonlight apartment.

That was President suit. Big one, nice view in the evening to the Dragon Bridge! I like 🛁 with view. Not that clean, dirty windows, dirty floor, dirty pillows, shower towels smells not that good…. But price is cheap… So…In order good value for this money, but they need to change pillows on the bed!!! And clean better. Friendly staff! Good location, everything is close to.

I’m really disappointed with my stay at Moonlight Hotel. The air conditioner in my room wasn’t working properly, which made it very uncomfortable, especially at night. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not fixed during my stay. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected much better service and maintenance. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place until they improve their facilities and responsiveness to guest concerns.

The hotel looks quite old - the bathroom ceiling was partly broken, and the walls near the mirror had white patches. The lift wasn’t clean either, with cigarette butts on the floor and a dusty mirror. There are also a few steps to reach the reception and no staff was available to help with luggage. The only thing I really liked was the location - it’s within walking distance to Bui Vien Street, which is very lively and happening at night.

Booked this hotel thru booking.com. I specifically used filter and looked for a room with a desk bc i need to work. I looked at the photos- looked like there is a desk, also room amenities had it listed. I arrive to see that the ‘desk’ is a very low shoe shelf with a chair in front of it. Other table in the room was a decorative coffee table. I complained to the staff and they tried to help but they just gave me another coffee table. So im giving it 1 for lying about the amenities on booking.com. Coffee table and shoe shelf is not a desk. Otherwise room was big and clean.

I need everyone reading this to understand exactly how bad this was and because this wasn’t just “a mistake” or “bad customer service.” What happened to us last night was irresponsible, unsafe, and absolutely unforgivable. We booked our stay well in advance. The reservation was fully confirmed on Booking.com not tentative, not pending CONFIRMED. Earlier that same day, the hotel even messaged us saying everything was ready, our room was prepared, and they were excited to welcome us. I told them clearly and directly that we were arriving late, around 1 a.m. due to our flight. They acknowledged it. They confirmed it. They said, “No worries, we will be expecting you.” But when we showed up in the middle of the night exhausted, sweaty, carrying all our bags after a long travel day across Vietnam and the front desk looked at us and acted like they had never heard of us. The man behind the desk said, word for word: “No room. Hotel full.” Just like that. No apology. No explanation. No responsibility. He couldn’t tell us why our confirmed reservation magically disappeared. He couldn’t even pretend to care. He didn’t offer an alternative, didn’t call another hotel, didn’t try to explain what happened. Nothing. They lied to us earlier in the day and then left us standing in the lobby at 1:30 in the morning with nowhere to go. We were stranded in a new city, in the middle of the night, with all our luggage, zero sleep, and no backup plan because we trusted this hotel to honor the reservation they confirmed. Instead, they left us out on the street and literally out on the sidewalk at nearly 2 a.m. And the worst part? He didn’t even look sorry. No urgency. No explanation. No humanity. Just indifference. This wasn’t an accident. This was negligence. This was disrespect. This was a hotel that clearly oversold rooms and decided to throw someone out and that someone just happened to be us. We had to scramble, panic-search online, and walk around Da Nang in the middle of the night praying that any other hotel could take us in. This could have been dangerous. This could have gone bad in so many ways. And the fact that the hotel didn’t even care is honestly the part that shocks me the most. For a business to treat travelers like this and especially people arriving late, in a foreign country, expecting a safe place to sleep is beyond unprofessional. It’s unethical. I want everyone reading this to know: If you book this hotel, you are taking a huge risk. They will lie to you. They will confirm your reservation and cancel it behind your back. They will leave you stranded at any hour without a second thought. There are plenty of beautiful, trustworthy places to stay in Da Nang. This is NOT one of them. Save yourself the stress, the danger, and the disrespect. MOONLIGHT Hotel & Suites should be avoided at all costs. What they did to us was unacceptable, negligent, and something no traveler should ever experience.

After staying in a couple of different places in Da Nang, I finally found this very special place that quickly feels like home. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are wonderful – especially Tuan Anh, who seems to be working 24/7 and is always kind, helpful, and perfectly smiling. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and helping on any kind of needs in seconds! 🫶

The rooms given were damp and very old. The ambience is a but shabby. But it's location is very convenient and is near the Dragon Bridge and has many restaurants nearby. It's good for budget travelers, but not so much for those who are sticklers for hygiene and cleanliness.
