Miss Ten Homestay

It was a nice (even though a bit old room) little room in a good location. I dont needed to book a Grab once. The ownerin is very friendly and realy care about the people she hosts. She even asked me if I wanna joint her family to Lunch and made me a little breakfeast. :) Only bad thing I would like to notice is that I had many ants and little spiders in my room, they were walking all over my bed and my cookies etc so I couldnt eat them anymore. But I think there is nothing you could to against them right now, so im fine with it. But price / quality ratio is very good here so I would recommend it anyways. :)

Miss Ten is the best. She is very friendly, funny and ensures your trip is the best. The location is central & the rooms are clean and as described in the photos. We wanted to hire a bike one day and Miss Ten was able to provide one to us within 10 minutes of asking. We paid 120k per day for the bike. I would highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay with Miss Ten. The rooms are clean and comfortable, location is brilliant and Miss Ten herself is incredible! She prepared dinner for us one night and it was delicious, also gave us good tips on where to buy cheaper fruit. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. :)

Best homestay in Hoi An. Miss Ten is the best host and hilarious. She always asks if she can help, give drinks/snacks, help with tours, laundry etc. We rented a bike through her for a good price. The room was as described and clean. Good location just a few minutes from the night market and surrounding bars. The hotel has more of a chill vibe so I wouldn’t come here if you’re a partier, especially as the family stay downstairs.

This place was such a good find!!! Miss Ten went above and beyond with her service and helped us figure out what attractions/busses we wanted to book and also made us coffee each morning. Our room was very clean and we had a nice balcony view as well.

Miss Ten and her beautiful family were so generous and fun to laugh with. A friend recommended her. I extended my stay, only 3 minutes to the lanterns in the evening. Miss Ten can arrange a cycle, scooter and car rides. Yummy fresh fruit and strong coffee. I would recommend to everyone.

The best Homestay I've ever been to. She is the nicest person we met in Vietnam, and you know how kind in Vietnam people usually are. She treated us like her children. I was there initially for 1 night with my girlfriend, but we ended up spending there 4 nights. You don't have to pretend you'll have the super fancy room, but it is perfect, clean and with all needed amenities. She gave us many suggestions on where to go and do. She even gave us 2 free bicycle to go around ( the best way to explore). We even wanted to rent the scooter from her but she suggested to get the bicycle instead to reach the beach, so shw doesn't care about trying to get all your money. The location is perfect, close to many many restaurants and places to visit. The best Homestay in hoian ❤️❤️

Miss Ten? More like Miss Ten out of Ten! We loved our stay with Miss Ten - unfortunately I was sick for a few days during our Hoi An stay, she was extremely kind and helpful and made it clear that I should let her know if I needed anything. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for accommodation in Hoi An.

The homestay is really recommendable. Miss ten is so hospitable, she is very accomodating to all the guest, she is so nice and her family… i love staying here again when i go back to hoi an… see you soonest miss ten ❤️❤️❤️

The place is perfect. Right in the Old Town, super clean and friendly hosts. Thank you Miss Ten for your warm hospitality. One of the best stays I had in Vietnam, if not the best !

My partner and I stayed in miss ten’s homestay for 3 nights and have nothing but incredible things to say regarding the room and service! Miss Ten was an accommodating and gracious host, treating us like family. She provided many services and advice, including timely and comfortable airport pickup/dropoff at very late/early times (even waking up at 4am to give us coffee to go on our way out), laundry, and bike rentals. Not only did she make our stay comfortable and easy, she also provided warmth and care; a feeling of staying with a relative that is looking out for your best interest. The room was also clean and with comfortable bed! Location was perfect- a 5 min walk to the old town, but not too close to the business of it. Thanks again Miss Ten!

After two weeks travelling throughout Vietnam I can say with confidence that Miss Ten Homestay was where we felt most comfortable. We had only booked for one night initially which turned into a 4 night stay. The room was very comfortable, cleaned daily and the hospitality we received from host Miss Ten was 10/10. She cooked lunch for my friend and I on many occasions and invited us to eat with her lovely family. Even going as far as to cook something she knew would be the perfect remedy for a hangover. There was lots of shopping to be had in Hoi An and Miss Ten gave us some great advice on where we should and shouldn't go. I would highly recommend staying with this lovely family to anyone travelling to Hoi An. look forward to seeing you again in the future Miss Ten xx
