Staffs really friedly n helpful but room conditions real bad especially bathroom

Quiet location away from the annoying hordes of tourists elsewhere. Formal and professional staff but not overly friendly. Comfortable bed and pillows. Abundant hot water. Breakfast is mostly oriented toward Asian tastes but was fine . At various times there were people smoking inside the hotel, inside corridor next to the 14th floor gym and in the room next to mine. The smell was noticeable the first day in my room. Management responded by sending housekeeping to spray air freshener. That is not the proper response. They should have instructed the guests in room 1218 to stop smoking. Those guests left the next day. Day three of my stay I was gone all day. I returned at 5 p.m. to find my room door not closed securely. Probably housekeeping didn't close the door properly after cleaning. Luckily, nothing was missing.

Room service 4. Gym and pool, spa, massage 5. Breakfast The location though is a little bit far from tourist hotspot like beach and han river. Anyhow it only takes a while to travel to con market, han river etc, just that not walking distance.

Quiet rooms, solid breakfast options, friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed here over new years, thoroughly enjoyed our experience and value for the money. The spa was down during our stay but the hotel staff coordinated for a wonderful spa visit at a local establishment. The location was central to locations we were traveling and we had plenty of space in our room. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again. Thank you.

Amazing place. Feels Luxurious. Swimming and chilling at the pool was fantastic ^^ ~ I'm just sorry to stay at the breakfast buffet too long. Super delicious 😋 Thank You to all the Staff for everything.

Avoid this place at all costs! The 'service' is non-existent. The doormen are just there for decoration—they watched me open the door while they stood around chatting. But the prize for the worst attitude goes to the female receptionist. She was incredibly rude, literally looking down her nose at me with this arrogant expression. And don't even get me started on the parking. It's a complete mess. They blocked everyone in, and even when they saw me struggling to drag my bike out, they just kept gossiping. Absolutely pathetic for a hotel this size. Terrible staff, terrible management.

This one is hard to explain. Maybe think Ceausescuesque building, very big spaces, but a lot of that seems to be ballrooms for smokey local weddings, which created machine noise in our room on most days of our four day stay... Personnel might not be fully aware they're also running a hotel. The weirdest situation arose when trying to check out in the evening prior to en early morning departure... Apparently the staff is instructed never to trust customers' account of minibar use so we had to arrange an audit the following morning, with a car waiting... Also, a humongous hotel... But it has no bar??!! Breakfast was meager, coffee wasn't great. Probably the only place in Vietnam with mediocre food and coffee... Recommendation: pay a little more and stay near the beaches on the other side of the river, where hotels have the minimum amenities western travelers expect. This one isn't worth the money.
