New building,full amenties, the staff at the reception is great. Will be staying again.

This is Apartment Hotel, so they have almost all furnitures: washing machine, cooker, microwave, etc. Not so spacious but cosy and nice. Staff is nice and helpful (helped me to find motorbike-rental service), can borrow bicycles (free of charge) go along the My Khe beach on sunshine or sunset is an amazing experience. You can park the bicycle somewhere and play the the waves. (Da Nang is safe and not so much traffic so dont worry). Rooftop has a small pool and blank space to chill out at night (see the sky or if you're lucky, u can watch fireworks). Breakfast was just normal, the coffee machine Delonghi spoiled often and sudden.

Traveling south East Asia for 6 months now and without doubt this is the best hotel / apt suite I've stayed in. Staff - beyond lovely and helpful Food - breakfast was outstanding, local and western options with huge selections Apartments themselves were outstanding, brand new suites, I don't think anyone has stayed in my room before has everything was spotless and looked like it had just been removed from packing Bed - incredible. Best sleep I've had in months. Overall extended from 1n to 3n and will without a doubt be back.

New hotel & apartment with full facilities and well funitured. Staff is very nice and helpfull. It's also quite and warm like your home.

Nice cozy and lovely I only booked 1 night for my trip. I definitely comeback here if I go to Da Nang again. I stay in an apartment, full of tools for cooking and laundry. Nice swimming pool with city view at night. Acceptable buffet in the morning.

Great stay for 1.5 yrs. Helpful, nice and approachable staff. Parking area and aisle cleaned. Well designed room, cleaned, well organized with modern designed furnitures, well lighted naturally. Color combinitions of furnitures, walls, mattress, curtains and painting add up to great comfort provided. Wet pantry equipped with complete set of utensils. good value for money.

It’s a perfect place - after changing four apartments in different areas of Danang I saw this place , walked in and directly signed a half year contract - the energy, the people are amazing , the lobby is cozy &decorated with plants , swimming pool upstairs and the gym have astonishing view of the sunset , good quality housekeeping - the team cleans the windows & curtains ( something unseen in other places ), no ants or bugs , Mr Nam is always there to fix things if there’s any issue, bicycles included in the room rate , good modern washing machine with drying function , small balcony , vintage window , good safe neighborhood with a playground , 10 min waking to the beach Would definitely stay again

Great apartment with very helpful and friendly staff. Location was fantastic for me being not central to all the tourists and experience area but close enough to walk to within 20min. Beach short 5-7 min walk however why would you when there's a amazing rooftop pool. Lots of local cafes and eateries plus some western food restaurants if that's your want. The only negative is there is a lot of building construction near by so very noisy during the day. Don't expect a sleep in 🤣🤣🤣

Stayed here for six months and was very pleased! Cozy, clean apartments with good service. Good neighbourhood, super friendly staff, beautiful lobby, clean pool. Nearby there is a full market, coworkings, coffee shops, 10 minutes to the beach. Strongly recommend
