Meliá Danang Beach Resort

We had a beautiful stay over december. The staff, food amenities were fabulous. We wouod like to thank Tracy, and son for attending to us and making sure we were always well taken care of. The pools were beautiful in the pockets of sunshine. Would recommend this beautiful resort for couples and families. Id like for more to be open during the quiet season of December resturants, bars and activities as a recommendation for improvement especially in the evening.

We definitely had a wonderful experience!! From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and so spacious. The restaurants and food were always great and the service across the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was amazing and everything looked fresh and nicely served. The spa inside of the hotel is amazing too! You will have everything you need. Mini bar has drinks but no snacks. Location of the hotel is great for a beach resort. Only a short drive into the city of Danang and Hoi an is 30 minutes drive. There is no much outside, around the resort but the main beach and city Center is not far. We just found that they could have a contact of some places to hire bikes to tourists as would made easy to use but you can find a nice place really close to the hotel and they will bring the bike to you. We used TRANG MOTORBIKES and the lady was so nice. We had a lovely experience at Melia resort and will definitely come back and recommend!! 10/10

Our family of three stayed in the family suite at Melia Da Nang Beach Resort and we had an amazing stay. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty and had so much variety. The pool view was great with access to the bar. The staff even take the time to clean up the beach for guests. The service from each and every staff member was 5 star. We had regular check-ins to see how our stay was going and they were always happy to help, answer questions and give us some local travel tips. The entire grounds and gardens of the resort were always tidy and regularly maintained. The quality of the restaurant food was good and there are also options to eat locally across the road. The Marble Mountains are also a very short walk away with souvenir shops nearby as well as many stone carving shops to browse through. Central Da Nang is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel, and Hoi An is about 30 minutes away.

A Perfect Family Getaway With Exceptional Service Our family vacation at this resort was unforgettable. We had family members traveling in from Saigon, Australia, and the U.S., and this was the perfect place for all of us to relax and reconnect. The resort itself is beautiful, with amazing food and thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and fun including pools, activities, and kid-friendly spaces for both adult and children. But the real highlight of our trip was the staff. A special thank you to the restaurant team with Ly and her team. Every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were consistent throughout our entire stay, and it made a world of difference. They also have staff to watch our kids, played with them and kept them happy, giving us rare and precious time to enjoy our meals together without worry. Our children loved them We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing, memorable vacation with top-tier service, expecially the Level package with 2 rooms suite, sauna, breakfast and high tea included.

Amazing yoga experience with Tung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yoga with Tung was absolutely wonderful. The view was stunning and made the whole session even more special. Tung is very professional, kind, and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The class was well guided and perfect for both body and mind. I truly loved this experience and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting. I would definitely come back again!

I was provided with friendly staff and comfortable service. Two couples traveled together, and there was no problem with the four adults using the room. I arrived early and the reception staff kindly guided me to my room. During my 2 nights and 3 days at the resort, all the staff I encountered greeted me with a smile. The weather was bad, so we couldn't do much sightseeing and couldn't enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, but it was a pleasant trip thanks to the friendly staff. The welcome fruit was also nice, and I especially requested a late check-out, but I thought it would be impossible because there was another reservation, but they guided me to another room and allowed me to rest until the afternoon. A Korean staff member (Jeong Hye-won? I don't remember her name exactly, but she was beautiful) came to check on us during breakfast to make sure we were okay. Although the weather was a bit unfavorable during this trip, I'll definitely return to this resort next time I visit Da Nang. I'd also recommend it to my coworkers and friends. 1/8-1/9 I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff who guided us.

Being at a resort right by the sea made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The staff were all very kind, and we especially had a wonderful time at the restaurant with our baby. Thanks to Yunji’s service, we were able to enjoy our time even more.

The WiFi was extremely weak, so you'll need your own SIM card. The room amenities weren't as convenient as the one located at the riverfront. The breakfast buffet selection was limited and the service wasn’t prompt in clearing out the dishes. The hotel lacked a resort atmosphere because it didn't offer any complimentary activities for guests, such as morning yoga, water sports or other in-house arrangements. However, the front desk service is good and polite.

Here's a heartfelt appreciation note for the deluxe resort: I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional stay at your resort. The well equipped room had an amazing view, and the staff were extremely hospitable, making our experience truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Ms. Thu at concierge desk found her extremely hospitable, professional and very efficient. Also commend Mr. Tran from the bell desk for his efforts by explaining every available facility in the room. My full marks to both of them for their outstanding service and warm smile.
