Marina 58A Apartments

We lived here for 6 months and we liked our room very much. We had a view to the street and other buildings, but the balcony was big enough to set up a small round table and had breakfast or coffee in the morning or had a small grill in the early evening. There is a dirty restaurant next door that doesn't take care of their garbage properly so there are a bunch of cockroaches entering the building from the restaurant, and the owners are always yelling and arguing during the day, and their employees park their bikes at the entrance of the building and management doesn't do anything about it. We liked our staying, but beware of management since can be a bit shady, miscommunicative, or overcharge over stuff you didn't do. I suggest you to read your contract carefully and to record/check together the state of the apartment, doors, windows, curtains, sofa, etc too.
