The room is not so bad but the owner is soo rude for no reason, and there’s a loud construction noise at 6 am on a sunday

Great hostel.

I booked this homestay last minute and I enjoyed my 4 night stay here. Lu is a friendly and kind-hearted host and I value the conversations and laughs I had with her and a few other guests. Lu and her staff clean daily and the beds in the dormitory are comfortable. The homestay is in the town side of Da Nang so it was always a relaxing place to return to after a long day. I will stay here again next time I’m back. Lu makes herself available if you have any questions and she sends many recs for places to see and eat. Aside from 1 other staff, Lu runs this place entirely by herself and I think some bad reviews don’t capture the full story. I saw and heard many European travellers be disrespectful and demanding towards Lu, so I think this is something to keep in mind.

I stayed at Lu's homestay a few times and I can definitely say it was a great experience! Lu, the owner is very responsible person who wants her guests having the best time in Da Nang. In the mornings I had very tasty and various breakfast (honestly the best one in Vietnam) with a lot of fresh frouts. The location is not central but if you want some calm place in a local area - that's the place! I enjoyed my staying there and I can recommend to everyone!

I had a really good stay at Lu Peaceful Homestay in Da Nang. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room had everything I needed, including good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. WiFi was fast and stable, which was also important for me. Breakfast was very nice and fresh every morning, and it felt like a good start to the day. Lu is a very kind and hardworking host. Even though she manages everything alone and there are many guests, she is always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. She often gave me fresh fruits, which was a really thoughtful touch. The homestay has a peaceful atmosphere, and it’s easy to relax there after a day outside. Everything was well organized, check-in was smooth, and the overall experience felt easy and comfortable. You can really see that Lu cares about her guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang.
