LOUIS MO Apartment

Compared to other hotels in this area the value for the money is not really good. The rooms are nicely decorated and organized, but there is no equipment in the kitchen and bathrooms. The laundry area however is amazing!

Fantastic staff, awesome location. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of my an but on a quiet street.

Good place to stay but the pricing is too high. We paid 50000 rupees here for 2 nights for duplex apartment. The location was good and nearby the beach. Would recommend only if you want to spend too much. Good experience.

Apartment was very spacious. It felt like you were lounging around the house. Staff was nice, but didn’t offer me. Any recommendations for things in the area. Apartment has refrigerator, microwave, flatscreen, basically all of the necessities that you need. Great value for the price. Great location. Several restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Walking distance to the beach and some of the other popular areas. There were ants were some type of bugs, crawling up the kitchen wall. Most of the staff was gone for the evening, so I was given a can of bug spray. This area is very noisy. So if you want quietness, this is not the spot for you. Was so hot, that when my skin touched the stainless steel while showering, I was burnt. The the shower runs all on the floor in the bathroom, so it gets very slippery.

The location was very convenient and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The shuttle service was also very practical and easy to use. Overall, a great experience!

We stayed in this hotel for over a month and this is our conclusion: - The apartment was newly furnished, bright, clean and beautiful. We were on the 8th floor and were really happy to have found this apartment with AC and everything you need. Additional kitchen equipment was also available or was organized upon request. The apartment was cleaned every 3rd day by very friendly staff. - ⁠The staff was super friendly. We felt like family. English was sufficient and we could really turn to the ladies at reception with any questions. - ⁠Pool and gym were OK. The pool had to be cleaned more often but that's understandable with an outdoor pool. The gym is the only thing that could be improved as there are only 3 machines but that's understandable given the lack of space. - ⁠The location was so good. We could reach everything on foot, whether it was the beach, external gym or coworking space. - ⁠In summary: It was so worth staying in the Louis Mo apartment. The apartment was really fantastic and the staff super friendly, so we didn't want to leave. We will definitely come back.

We loved this place. Great base and within walking distance of anything you could want. Felt safe walking about, staff were friendly and someone was present all night. I will hopefully stay here on my next visit. It isn't perfect for everyone, but was perfect for us and I couldnt have asked for more. Better than a hotel with more freedom in your spacious room.

Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. This small and cozy serviced apartment hotel offers you great location and services. - The services were great with friendly and attentive staffs. Your request can be fulfilled in a short time. - The location is perfect for those whose want to explore around. In a few steps you can find many things here from spas, restaurants, pubs to convenience stores and shops. - The design of this hotel is mid-century modern concepts, from the lobby, cafeteria to the rooms, which made you feel very comfortable and cozy. A must stay if you travel to Da Nang, although it is not a sea side resort, but if you like to explore the city, then this hotel will serves its purpose well.

Travelling with my BFF and we booked the unit through Airbnb. Pro: The location is perfect with many restaurants around area and a good 5 minutes to the beach. The area is very quiet. We had a 2 BR/2 bath unit and it was big enough for the two of us. The living room is big. Kitchenette was nice, but no cooking pans. Beds are nice and firm which I prefer. Pillows was moderately soft. The bathrooms are very modern, fully stocked with towels. Wifi worked great. Did notnget to use the pool on the roof, but it's a plus. Cons: Nothing that stands out during our stay. We did not experience ang issue. The staff downstairs are are very friendly and helpful. Even assisted my friend ordered through Shopee. Overall a wonderful 7 days/6 nights stay. Will stay here again next time. Highly recommended.
