Super easy, friendly staff very accommodating for request. They helped me a lot during my stay for little things and organizing cars and rides. I stayed there for three weeks and have no complaints. A little noisy outside, but not as much as other areas.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting global hotel standards. For a budget traveller it might be ok.. I had expected a solid beach apartment, but was disappointed for the following reasons: * Hot water in the shower turned lukewarm after a very short time. * No safe in the room. * One window had shades only, but no blackout blinds. * The building is not well maintained overall. See the photos from the room. Paint on one window, moldy corners, dirty paint, a crack in the wall, and a loose, wobbly faucet in the bathroom. Rainwater poured from the ceiling in the lobby on a rainy day. * It was very cold in the room in late November, a little over 20 degrees only, and I couldn't find a heater. * The reception staff was professional, although I have experienced a much warmer, more welcoming attitude in many other places. Positive: The location is great. Close to the beach and to many restaurants.

Stayed there last week and were supposed to stay for five nights, but there are a few issues, so we checked out early. We arrived tired, so didn’t notice at first. The second day, we noticed mood in the bathroom, especially, bottom of the blind and around the sink. The balcony was dusty and the washing rack was so rusty, I would advise to get a tetanus shot first! Location is great, but sound-proofing was not and we could hear mostly everything and we were on the seventh floor! The kettle still had some water in it, but it should have been completely dry. The settee’s cover was very stained, so I flipped it over and there were even more stains! The sheets were not crispy and did not smell fresh. The walls were scuffed and need a repaint. We’re not expecting the Ritz-Carlton, but the high reviews don’t make sense, as there are issues with the level of cleanliness. When we checked out, We informed Front Desk that we’re checking out early, but they didn’t even ask the reason why, as standard. In summary, location is great, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and we will not be staying here again.

Perfect stay in Da Nang! The water purifier and washing machine is a big plus. Staff is always friendly and cleaning is every two day with fresh towels and bed set.

We stayed in the penthouse. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a 1 bedroom with 1.5 bath and kitchen that had a water filter for drinking water. That was my favorite part. They have a washing machine with a big drying rack and a big balcony. We were there during rainy season so didn't use the pool- but it's nice. It's on the roof. Our friend got a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and it was large, and super cute. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Bonus for those of you who like bagel. There's a New York bagel on ground floor. The staff there were also very friendly. We definitely will be back.

I visited Da Nang for a business trip and stayed here during my visit. The room was very clean, and I really liked that I could request housekeeping service at my preferred time, so my rest wasn’t disturbed. Although breakfast was not provided, there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. Also, since there are only two rooms on each floor, it was very quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. I’m happy that I received such excellent service for such an affordable price. I will definitely come back again.

Apartment was clean, well stocked, staff was very attentive to our needs. Great internet, location for food choices, 3 min walk to the amazing My An Beach, so beautiful! Just nice staff and an overall great experience. We would not hesitate to come back here and we will be recommending Livie to others. Thank you for all you did for us.

I booked the one bedroom apartment with balcony for 4 nights in November. The location was amazing, centrally located for the beach and Downtown Da Nang. I could check-in online and receive the room code for fast check-in (no need to go to reception). Also, the room was very clean and modern. I really appreciated the water filter system and the washer (detergent included). The rooftop infinity pool was really nice and had a great view of the water. Staff were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again since it's super affordable.

We stayed at the penthouse for 7 weeks. Absolutely loved everything about our stay. The daily cleaning ladies and all the other staff are very kind. The balcony is great, the swimming pool and view are amazing. The location is perfect, close to the beach and all the great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

I love this place. We came for two weeks as it was our first trip to DaNang and we have extended our stay to over a month. If we didn’t have flights booked we would stay longer!! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is perfect. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Only downside is that is fills up quickly so book early and stay longer so you don’t miss out. Just checked out after 31 nights and cannot be more positive about the location, comfort and staff

Had a great stay at this apartment/hotel. As others have mentioned the washing machine and water purifier were great to have. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet- we were on the second floor and had very little street noise. The ability to cook is very limited, but there are so many options right outside your door for food, including the delicious bagels right in the building that it’s really not a problem. If I had one recommendation it would be to include just a small microwave for added convenience.
