Loved this hotel. The staff could not be friendlier. Rose at reception, did a wonderful introduction to the hotel and Hoi An. Provided great ideas on daily activities, recommend good tailors, shopping and tips on bargaining. The room was great, bathroom a good size and loved the balcony overlooking the river. Located close to the night markets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and ancient town. Easy walk to all Hoi An attractions. Breakfast had lots of options and the breakfast team are constantly doing coffee/tea refills, while recommending day activities. They have a shuttle bus to the beach and back, while also providing you beach towels too. The pool is very clean, it’s under cover and cold after a hot day sightseeing. The gym has enough to provide a basic workout. The food at the hotel was excellent and loved their coconut coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, perfectly located, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special mention goes to Kate, who was absolutely outstanding. We had a last-minute cancellation with our next hotel in Vietnam, which created a very stressful situation for us. Kate went above and beyond to assist us and helped us find a solution quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a huge difference. Thank you again to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect for a Special Celebration We absolutely loved our stay and truly could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. From the very first moment — starting with the airport arrival and continuing through the warm welcome at the hotel — everything was flawless. The entire team is simply fantastic: kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was immaculate, the daily cleaning was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. One of the most touching moments was the beautiful decoration prepared to celebrate our anniversary, including a cake. We have no words to fully express our gratitude. — Marcelo & Lu

Stayed for 5 nights. Positives: ■ Lovely breakfast buffet — I could tell that each dish was made with care. I was impressed that the staff constantly checked to make sure the buffet items were well stocked. I especially loved the made-to-order omelets, which had a very delicate flavor. ■ Very comfortable shuttle bus service to and from An Bang Beach was provided. I had a wonderful time there. ■ What stood out the most was how friendly the housekeeping staff were. They always greeted me whenever we passed each other in the hallway. One particular lady always said “good morning” with a warm smile, and even said “bye” on my last day. That small kindness became a very special and heartwarming memory of my stay. Negatives: The only downsides were that there was no memo pad in the room, and the towels were a bit thin and worn.

Hotel Manager Kelvin Pham has created a team that worked more like a family. Everyone was welcoming and warm and by the end of our 9 day stay we too felt like extended family members. Special shouts out to Kaylee who looked after our dining and tour needs and also arranged for a personal item left behind to be dropped off in Da Nang. Thank you so much Kaylee. Others include Rose who welcomed us when we arrived and checked in on us regularly. When my wife slipped on the wet bottom steps by the entry, Cherry and the hotel's driver promptly brought a chair for her and showed genuine concern and that my wife's recent knee surgery was not exacerbated. Cherry held an umbrella over her and immediately arranged for an ice pack for our room. Kate also kept checking on my wife's well-being after the fall which was warmly appreciated. There are so many others who made our stay memorable like the breakfast staff who tended to our requests and even made personalised coffees for us. Overall we highly recommend Little Hoi An in this magical place where we hope to return with our son and his family.

Our stay at Little Hoi An Hotel was absolutely perfect—a true gem in the heart of the city! The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the old town. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is lovely and full of charm. The spa is truly amazing and provided the best relaxation. Plus, all the amenities are offered at very fair prices. A special, big thank you to Kate! She looked after us so well and was always super responsive whenever we needed anything. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, right in the Center, near the old town, one can walk everywhere! In front of the river.Recommend any one coming to Hoi An as this is a perfect spot to be! Breakfast nice also! Very friendly and nice people, always with a smile and always ready to help. Kate and the rest of the team are to congratulate! Kate is very helpfull and made sure we did not leave anything behind before going to Danang! We also had a massage and after a long flight and being so tired, I felt like a new person! If you stay have a nice massage to relax, well worth it! Hope to be back sometime in the near future and will recommend it to my friends! Thank you Little Hoi An team for making us feel home!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We have had the most enjoyable and comfortable 2 days in Hoi An. Our room (with river view) was beautiful with balcony and amazing view of the river. Despite being in such a fantastic location, the rooms were quiet and we did not hear any street noise at night. Furnishings were comfortable and elegant and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. A special mention to Richard for such a fun and informative check in. He shared some great information with us which made our stay and navigating the Ancient City easy and enjoyable. All of the staff at Little Hoi An are extremely helpful and friendly. If we have the opportunity again, we will return and stay at Little Hoi An and we will be recommending it to family.

This hotel was so lovely, I'm so glad I chose to stay here! I liked that it was close enough to the center of old town (short walk), but away from the busy streets. The staff here are incredibly friendly and warm, especially Rose, who took the time to welcome me and get me acquainted with things to do/see in old town. My room was clean and large, but it was on the first floor near the elevator and open atrium, so would recommend bringing ear plugs in case you're a light sleeper. The breakfast had great options! The hotel has very peaceful vibes - highly recommend!

Extremely well located. Just a short walk across a bridge to Old Town and down the street from the night market. The service and decor are fabulous and they serve the best breakfast buffet, very interesting, extensive and fresh. We borrowed bikes to explore nearby countryside. We have only wonderful things to say about our stay and would love to come back soon. Extra bonus is the really clean, fresh and delicious evening bahn mi cart, which a lady brings out every night, just across the street from the hotel by the river.

Lovely boutique hotel. Staff couldn't do enough. Nothing too much trouble. Only advice I would give is the twin room is actually superior in size and style to the higher class one (we actually downgraded out room) this is not a reflection …

We had a wonderful stay at Little Hoi An Hotel and were very happy with almost everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome from the first moment. The location is also great — close enough to the Old Town to walk, but still calm and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. The only small downside was that our room was located on the lower floor, and noise from the lobby area — especially when groups of guests were talking loudly — could sometimes be heard in the room. This slightly affected the quiet atmosphere at certain moments. Apart from this minor issue, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to others visiting Hoi An.
