Our stay at Lime Villa was particularly pleasant. The welcome from Paolo and his wife was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and ideally located. Kim's kindness and dedication to ensuring that we had a wonderful stay is undoubtedly one of the most positive aspects of this establishment. Booking transport, providing information on activities in the region, giving advice on places not to be missed, everything is done to make guests' stay as easy as possible. We recommend this establishment wholeheartedly and will return without hesitation on our next visit to Hoi An 🫶🏻

This is a very lovely villa with a private bathroom. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The staff is super friendly. The only problem for me was the roosters and dogs barking at 4 AM, but that’s a common issue throughout Vietnam.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The hostess was rude, unwelcoming. The room itself had a serious issue with lizards. While we understand the property is located amidst greenery and occasional sightings are expected, multiple small lizards were coming out of wall crevices. At one point, we even found a lizard inside a bowl we were about to use in our room. The overall service did not meet basic expectations. When we requested assistance to deal with the lizards, the hostess said she would send someone, but no one came even after a couple of hours. Her overall attitude was hostile and unhelpful, making our stay extremely uncomfortable.

This is a great place - We were meeting up with family from overseas and had the whole place . Tina on reception was amazing with organising all our trips . It’s about 10 mins in a taxi from old town but we really liked being away from the madness - nice and quiet apart from the occasional Karaoke from the neighbours . Pool was really nice and warm -

Very nice hotel, not too big, but really charming. My room was cozy and spacious, with a sofa, desk, balcony, some dishes, a large bathroom, and always hot water! The receptionist was super nice and friendly. The hotel is located on a quiet street next to peaceful rice fields.

Amazing place! The rooms are super comfortable, the services are at a great price and easy to arrange, the motorcycle is good quality and a good price 150k d per day. You have free bikes to go around. And Tina is absolutely the best!

Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms, a short Grab from the centre but the pool is great, free breakfast and lots of good recommendations. Thankyou for having us.

Pros: 1. Four bicycles are available for guests to ride in the countryside. 2. The room price is reasonable, considering it's a bit far from the old town. Cons: 1. There was a small piece of plastic bag in the rice noodles for breakfast. 2. There are many mosquitoes in the guesthouse. Country city’s environmental. 3. The room had a strong musty moist smell. 4. The room on the first floor is next to the kitchen, so it is a bit noisy. 5. When we arrived at the guesthouse, the receptionist wasn't there, and we had to wait at the front desk for almost 15 minutes.
