Legacy Hoi An Resort

Had an amazing 4 night stay. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Everyone I encountered on the staff was wonderful and made me feel incredibly welcomed. I took advantage of the spa which was the best massage I received during my time in Vietnam. The location is not in town it there is a shuttle or you can easily get a grab within a minute or two and is very reasonable ($1-2) to get to town in less than 10 minutes. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The room and the food were great. The location is quiet, about 2.5km from the town centre, but there is a free shuttle bus or reception will call a taxi for about 2ukp or 3 dollars each way. Loan and reception team were very friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely three day stay.♡♡

An and reception team were very helpful and kind in helping us find out places to travel while on a time crunch! The buffet was very yummy and accomodating with food preferences (as our family was vegetarian) just ask a staff member. We were in massage parlour and were very content! Overall amazing experience wish we were able to spend more time here!

Beautiful hotel, good location away from the craziness of town. Really relaxing, two huge pools and a lot of space to relax. Much better than Thanks to Miss Phi and the reception team for being so responsive on text and sorting my non-dairy needs at breakfast. Also super nice they are connected to a beach club so you can chill for free there!

It is a beautiful hotel with great atmosphere. The rooms are big and comfy. Our family of five had a great time here. The hotel staff are also very nice. Special call out to Thuy and the reception team who are super friendly and helpful. We received a promotional 2-for-1 voucher for the 90-min spa session which was great. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Loan and reception team We experienced a wonderful time here for a day. They kindly welcomed us and offer us great service. The room with a high vietnam styled ceiling was cool and bed was comfortable. Sunrise swimming pool, infinity pool was charming and the morning meal was also cool. You might often face a water pressure problem in your room Lol :)

The stay was great, relaxing, it was great retreat from the crowded area of the old city, a lot of plants, rice fields around, the staff was really nice and helpfull, there is an option for free bicycle renting, a minibus that takes you for free to several places around the hotel. The breakfast was good, a lot of choice, the dining room was clean and welcoming. The infinity pool has a great view and has a relaxing vib thou there is not too much space and about only 10 sunbeds to lie on. You should really give this hotel a go if you want some piece and relaxation.

Had a wonderful few days at The Legacy, the hotel itself is gorgeous, finished to a really high standard surrounded by lush trees and rice fields. You benefit from the tranquility of being slightly outside the centre of Hoi An and there is a complimentary shuttle bus several times a day to take you to the centre or the beach. The hotel has 2 wonderful pools with great scenery, a gym and a spa. Food served at breakfast was to a really high standard with lots of choice. Every team member who I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, definitely a 5 star service! The room was fantastic, with a balcony view, large comfortable bed a bath tub and a shower. The Legacy is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam!

It is my favorite accommodation in Hoi An. Loan and the reception team were very kind and helpful and we luckily got upgraded to the villa! The villa was so calming and very cozy. The swimming pool was so relaxing, however, one time I saw a snake on the side of it. It was scary for me. I called the lifeguard on duty and he simply put it away. The facial spa I had at the coco spa was very refreshing. I loved it! Only one thing I could point out is, there’s no organization at the breakfast buffet. I wished the staff gave a seating so that guests would just not grab any! But overall, it was a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and go back again!

Great and welcoming service with personal touch and help all the way to the room. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms were really nice and clean. One flaw was that, when requesting a later housekeeping service, it felt as though the job was half done (bathrooms and closet doors still left open, new towels hastily folded, not tidied) but beds were bad and towels replaced. Another flaw could also be soundproofing, as we heard late guests come back etc but this wasn’t a big deal! Otherwise loved our stay.

It was a truly lovely place to stay. 1. The shuttle service was excellent. I could easily go to Hoi An Old Town and An Bang Beach using the shuttle. It was also very convenient to make reservations through KakaoTalk for Korean guests. 2. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The chef, driver, Phi, reception team, and every staff member were very friendly and professional. They always greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay even more pleasant. 3. Coco Spa was absolutely worth it. It was the best massage I have ever experienced. Although the experience may vary depending on the therapist, my massage was very refreshing and professional. I felt completely relaxed and relieved of my fatigue. I would definitely like to visit again. 4. Restaurants I stayed here for four nights, and the restaurant menu changed slightly every day.

Our stay at the Hotel was wonderful, An and the Reception Staff were very helpful with any Issue or Wish we had. The free shuttle service to the beach and city center came in very handy. The whole staff was very friendly and flexible. The hotel had many Workshops and other activities because we were here during Lunar new year. This Hotel is very family friendly without feeling like a kids hotel, so Adults can also enjoy their stay greatly. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We also gad dinner twice in the restwhich was good. The design of the hotel and the rooms feel like an island retreat, while still being close enough for any activities in the city. We would definitely come back so I can truly recommend a stay at the Legacy Hoi An Resort.
