La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

This is one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot! The place is wonderfully quiet and serene with a very high end vibe. The location is perfect, not too far away from the old town (5 min ride via car or their provided shuttle buses, or a 15 min walk) but also not too close that it’s noisy or blending into the chaos of the old town. Staff are extremely wonderful and friendly. Services are top notch. Overall just an amazing experience for anyone. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back for vacation. Just the perfect place, with something for everyone.

I had such a wonderful stay here, and I truly want to leave a good review. The room was always perfectly clean, and every night I returned to find everything neatly organized with a lovely goodnight tea prepared for me — such a thoughtful touch. No matter where I went in the hotel, every staff member was incredibly kind. I especially want to thank 💗VIVI💕, who made my stay even more memorable. From the moment I checked in to the mornings at breakfast, she greeted me with genuine warmth and took care of everything with such professionalism and kindness. Her bright energy made me feel truly welcomed every single day. She deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the location is perfect with easy access to the Old Town. I would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I visit Hoi An. Highly recommended!

An Amazing Resort with Amazing People Our stay at La Siesta was amazing. The resort is gorgeous, with very nice garden, beautiful pools and quality spa. Our suite was beautifully designed, clean, with comfortable bed and a lovely balcony perfect for sunbathing! One of the highlight of our stay was meeting Chloe, our sweet guest relations assistant . She is part of our trip who created previous memories for us. From her warm welcome to helping us book spa treatments and recommending great restaurants and cafes, she made our stay special. She even arranged a surprise birthday celebration for me during breakfast time which was very thoughtful and truly touched me. Chloe is caring, kind-hearted, passionate, yet professional. Conversations with her felt like catching up with my dear sister or close friend, warm and effortless. She added so much joy to our trip, and we have already miss her. I would highly recommend La Siesta for both its facilities and its wonderful team.

La Siesta Hoi An is an exceptional hotel with outstanding facilities. The property is spacious and beautifully designed, with multiple areas and several swimming pools that make it feel relaxed and never crowded. The service truly stands out — the staff are warm, attentive, and always happy to help, making you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is excellent, with great variety and quality, and breakfast was a highlight. The spa is also fantastic — professional therapists, peaceful atmosphere, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, a wonderful stay that combines comfort, style, and top-level hospitality. Highly recommended.

Best hotel to stay in ! We cannot recommend more. Everything was perfect especially the staff ! We were room 110 and we can for breakfast everyday and we had dinner most nights at the restaurant right next to our room! It was lovely. All the staff remembered our room number and our faces. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Highly highly recommended by us for your stays !! Huang I think his name was, correct me if I’m wrong but he was extremely polite, helpful and very welcoming to us! He wore a white top and walked us to our room when we first arrived. What a superb oasis 💕 This resort is amazing. The rooms are just exceptional- ours opened out to the pool with tables and chairs near the front door which enabled us to sit outside. The bed and pillows were oh so comfy and the bathroom was exceptional- with a wooden bath and sauna!! From the time we met Miss Sang we were made to feel so welcome. The staff are just unbelievable, and we cannot thank Miss Sang, Chloe, Miss Phun and Hien enough for absolutely pampering us during our week long stay. They were all so friendly and helpful- giving great advice on shopping, activities and dining. The resort has a spa, 3 swimming pools and 2 restaurants-all of which are amazing. There is a shuttle bus that goes into Old Town and the beach 3 times a day, but the walk into town is only quite short anyway. If you are undecided as to where to stay in Hoi An, choose La Siesta. It is just incredible 🙏💕

My stay at La Siesta, where I stayed for my mother's 60th birthday, was truly a relaxing and happy experience. The welcoming drink at the charming reception was wonderful. From the moment I entered my room, the comfortable atmosphere allowed me to relax. Pool access was also great, and I felt that each and every space of the resort was well-maintained. Ms. Hang, in particular, always greeted me cheerfully and took great care of me from beginning to end, making my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to seeing her again. Although it was a short stay, I felt deeply recharged. This is a resort I'd love to return to next time I visit Hoi An.

We booked 4 nights here at la Siesta during Tet. The service was excellent and Hoang, who was assigned to us as a guest experience manager, was extremely helpful and checked-in with us every day to ask if we needed anything and to make sure we were happy. As for the hotel, it is stunning. Its gardens and foliage are the most lush and beautiful I have ever seen at a hotel - similar to Bali resort hotels. The pools and gyms were very pleasant and the food and breakfast buffets offered a nice mix of western and eastern foods. The hotel is also just outside the (beautiful) old town, away from the hustle and bustle of the somewhat noisy traffic. (Absent stop signs and traffic lights, horn honking is the official language of the roads.) But the hotel lends bicycles and you can take a slightly longer but much more scenic and quieter ride into town (which is also charming in a tropical colonial way). My family and I were so impressed that it was unanimous: we will return.

Absolutely beautiful resort with 5-star staff and rooms, gorgeous property. Safe and enclosed, well appointed lobby, rooms and property. Make time for the spa which is 5-star as well. Buffet was the best we had on our travels through Asia, and the coffee drinks were fantastic. We enjoyed the restaurant, the food and attentive staff there as well. Comfortable beds and comfortable rooms. We would absolutely choose this hotel again if we get to come back to the area- we can’t recommend them enough. We did not travel with kids - so I can’t comment on those amenities. But would like to say that there were families there and it never disrupted our romantic trip. They had their own pool and activities areas and did not disrupt us at all. So I would say you could have either vacation here easily.

I had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Resort. The facilities were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was very well maintained. I would especially like to thank Chloe for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to Chloe, our experience here was truly special. We honestly loved everything about this hotel. From the very beginning, we were greeted warmly and felt so welcome. Every single staff member was kind and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaning crew, the restaurant workers, the spa workers, etc. Everyone went over the top to make us feel cared for. We stayed in one of the premium rooms above the Temple restaurant, and it was spacious and exceptionally clean. We ate at the Red Bean for the street food buffet one night, and it was outstanding--great variety of food, wonderful music, a serene setting outside. Unbelievable! And then we ate at the Temple every morning. They have a great breakfast buffet with lots of hot and cold options. We also had dinner at the Temple one night, and the menu is top notch. The location is great because you are on the edge of town, so it's easy to walk to all the action or catch a Grab, but it's not in the chaos. The hotel feels like a wonderful oasis to come back to after a busy day of tourist activities because it's so peaceful and serene. The pools are clean and beautiful, and all the grounds are well cared for. We went to the spa and had amazing massages as well. We were sad when our 5 nights were up and we had to leave. I would recommend this place for couples or for families. It's one of our favorite places we have ever stayed around the world.

We visited La Siesta to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly the best choice we could have made. The beautiful accommodation, four different swimming pools, and delicious breakfast were all amazing. Just walking around the resort and enjoying the scenery made me feel so happy and relaxed. Above all, the most outstanding part of our stay was the genuine kindness of the staff. Their sincere hospitality was the greatest gift to us. Especially Chloe, who took care of us and provided so much help throughout our stay, made our trip absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Chloe’s warm and heartfelt welcome made us feel wonderful. She carefully assisted us with everything we needed during our stay, without missing a single detail. Until the very end, she made us smile with her bright and friendly attitude — she felt like a close friend. We would love to visit La Siesta again with our family next time, and we truly hope to meet Chloe again.
