Kudos Apartments

We had an amazing and comfortable 1 month stay at Kudos Apartments, Hoi An! The apartments are brand new, spacious, clean and come with everything you need. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We loved the views of the rice fields and the amazing sunrises and sunsets! Ken and Anh are wonderful and friendly hosts who are all about customer service. Great location - close to the beach and Old Town, but out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Highly recommended!

The only place I've lived after years in Vietnam that I completely recommend. The owners are exceptional, and so is the maid. The location is extremely quiet.

This is my second time getting an apartment here. The owners are the best people to rent from in Hoi An.

Ken and An are the best and the place is awesome! I'm really happy to have found this place. I've been here a week and plan on staying a good while. For a nomad and habitual wanderer, such as I am, this place has everything I could need. Wonderful owners who have been so welcoming and helpful. Any questions about the area, stores, cafes, etc., they'll advise. Ken has taken the time to ride me around and help me get familiarized with the town and hangout out a nice beach restaurant and became quick friends. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, tv, etc. They also have a cleaner come through once a week to change bed linens, towels, and sweep/mop. It's nice and quiet out here, the building is rather new, well designed, and only a handful of units. Highly recommend if you need a quiet escape, or looking for a long term living setup in which you know you're in good hands.

I stayed here for a month and was very happy with the house, the cleanliness, the location, the helpfulness of the owners. A wonderful escape near the rice fields, perfectly situated between town and beach. What more could you ask for? Theres a place to park your motorbike, Ann very kindly lent me her bicycle, you can use the washing machines to wash your clothes, theres an ample enclosed roof terrace to hang the clothes, the views are beautiful, its quite calm compared to the rest of the town, theres a local market nearby...Would highly recommend and will surely return!

I lived in this apartment for three months and was very satisfied. I was especially impressed by the location and the stunning view from the window. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and the service was top-notch. The hostess kindly provided a bicycle free of charge, which was particularly convenient since the house is surrounded by rice fields and located near the sea. I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!"

I lived here for 2 months and this place really felt like home. This is a quiet area, near the rice fields, yet close to both the beach & the old town. Well equipped apartment No mold or humidity (which is rare to find in Vietnam) Owners are very nice and helpful when needed. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to live at! We stayed at apartment 3 for 1 month and will definitely try to rent for longer in the future when we are back! The apartment is more than comfortable and well mantained. The bedroom was spacious, clean and the bed super comfortable. Both areas had AC and super practical mosquito nets in all windows (which is nice as there's good currents of air). Additional: the view to the rice fields is great and a plus, you can hear and watch the ducks walk by every day from the living room 😊 The owners are kind and responsive and we felt comfortable the whole time.
