Kelvin in the dinning area was extremely helpful to us since we have food restrictions. He went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Great location. staff was a bit hard to communicate with, but helpful when you did manage to do so. Room looked good, but not the most practical

Did not meet expectations. I chose this hotel because it looked beautiful and cozy in the photos. But unfortunately, the reality was completely different. First of all, the hotel advertised two swimming pools, but only one was functioning. And the main pool deserves a separate mention — the tiles were broken, and I got several cuts just from swimming. It was extremely dangerous. There also weren’t enough sunbeds at the pool — which is unacceptable since it’s the only one in the entire hotel. Secondly, the beach in the photos looked perfect, but when we arrived, there were ships in the sea digging something, and the water was terribly dirty. It was impossible to swim, so we had to waste time and money traveling to other beaches. There were only 8 sunbeds for the entire hotel — it was absurd. Bicycles, which were also listed among the amenities, were either broken or always taken. The food at the restaurant was tasteless and unreasonably expensive. We almost always had to eat elsewhere, which also took extra time because there was no transportation available. The rooms were outdated. The bathtub was cracked, cabinets were broken and dirty. There was constantly water on the floor near the toilet — very unpleasant. Another huge downside is that the hotel hosts loud, noisy events every day (not even for hotel guests), continuing late into the evening. Forget about peace and quiet — there is none. The hotel may look nice from the outside, but it is long overdue for renovations. This vacation left a bitter aftertaste. I do not recommend it, especially for families with children or those seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The rooms are lovely, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful! The pool is fantastic and never feels crowded, even during Golden Week. The beach was just “okay,” and the internet in the pool area could be a bit stronger.

I didn't take much picture because the room was too old. The living room floor (behind the sofa) was collapse, feel dangerous walking on it. The toilet curtain was broken, we asked the housekeeping to fix it, my dad got bite by insect after he tried to fix. The worst thing is the shower water wasn't smooth, the tank seems had problem, we told the recetionship and she said will try to fix, but it didn't at the end. I put shampoo on my hair and water stopped suddenly, not even leaking, so I waited in the tub for 5 minutes and wait for water, horrible experience in a resort. We went to have aroma spa, my sister and I feeling insect bite, very itchy, and got red spot after. I Will not recommend to anyone. Not relaxing at all. The breakfast choice was boring, not surprising and not tasty, very common style.

The resort is in a prime location, next to the river and just a few steps from its private beach. I spent five days here. Overall, everything was great; the atmosphere was peaceful, surrounded by a coconut forest. My room was beautiful. I will definitely be back later.

This was the best pick I made for a Vietnam stay. If you want a comfortable room with a deep bathtub, a huge bed, access to a private beach area, a big pool overlooking a river, pick this place! A good choice for a relaxing stay. Also, there’s a wide selection of local and international food at breakfast

The best place in Hoi An. The resort is great. Close to the beach. Offering shuttle to the town. It is so beautiful and offers a lot of activities. The people working there are so nice. Thank you

The resort has a fantastic pool set in a beautiful landscape. Breakfast room and restaurant is wonderful. Room was pretty good, could have been a little larger but overall very good. Staff were excellent. Location was perfect, next to a river and just a short walk to the beach. Some cheaper restaurants a 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful location with a shuttle that takes you into the Hoi An Old Quarter. Great pool and just across the street from the beach. Would love to come back and visit the Koi Hoi An again!

Beautiful hotel resort in Vietnam's Hoi An area. The rooms are well designed in a serene and quite environment. Each Vila has its own pool as well. The staff is super nice and the hotel also offers bikes to ride, short canoe trips and other activities.

My room# was in the high 700, near the spa. I heard dogs barking once every couple of hours, even between midnight ~ 5am. 1st night after I finished a bath. Water was leaking under the tub when I released it. The bathroom floor was water everywhere. One of the receptionist told me that it is a normal thing here! Really? Another receptionist Tina 👍🏼 (with teeth braces) actually requested someone to go fix the leak, and updated me after, the problem was also improved by 90%. The shuttle van driver Thuan Tran 👍🏼 was friendly, professional and very helpful with questions! I tried their Spa for 90 minute. The room was very bare with a dirty sink. Massge quality was average. The facial was a disappointment. While waiting for face being “steam” or mask treatment, other spa usually give you a hand and shoulder massage with oil. Here, nothing, just a few DRY squeeze with ONE hand, maybe her other hand was checking on her cell phone?
