If there was dust on the towel, they charged us 15,000 VND. We have been going to Vietnam for 12 days now, but no one has charged us this much so far.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were great, could not help enough. Breakfast was on the more generous side so you are never left wanting for quantity or quality. If I had to offer them advise, if you claim to be a smoke free hotel could please ensure all customers comply. The 14th floor was horrible and despite complaining 3 times it ignore. Allowing smokers to smoke in front of the hotel is very off putting, you have to hold your breath as you walk through a cloud of smoke, the foyer stinks of tobacco, something I might expect from a 2 star hotel not one that reports to be a 5 star hotel.

Center of da nang city , huge room with great big windows view, excellent breakfast serves with local, Chinese and western foods, not too far from airport, be able to see white Pagoda from the room, 3 traffic lights straight to dragon …

Rooms were generously sized but a bit dated, but the main problem was the noise - other guests could be heard clearly and the road noise could still be heard despite being in the 10th floor. Breakfast options were limited compared to other similar hotels.

This hotel is quite good, close to the city center, the rooms are spacious and clean, I really enjoyed my experience here, the staff are very nice and lovely. I stayed here for 2 days and I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff …

Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Enough room in bathroom for two peoples toiletries. Water can come out hot. And good pressure..Nice marble like tiles ||Bed and pillows good. TV a bit small.|Only saw Singapore news channel. No ABC …

Basic hotel. Requires some maintenance. Airconditioning in common areas, eg lift and breakfast restaurant was poor. It was stale air. Rooms were value for money based on price paid. Breakfast we rated low due to air quality and flys. Many cheap good quality food alternatives in the surounding area

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam, never seen such bad service, The AC was not working in the room. They asked for a mandatory bond (never seen any hotel taking bond in Vietnam) and paid money for drinking water only because it was in the fridge. Worst breakfast, there were no options for non Asian people, I had to eat bread and butter to fill my tummy. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone in my life never again.

It did not feel like a five-star hotel at all. I stayed for two nights, and both nights I suffered from severe lack of sleep. Even with the curtains closed, the room never became completely dark and light kept leaking in. At night there was no hot water, so I could not take a shower. A staff member came to repair it, but left the bathtub dirty. Even after that the hot water still did not work, and because I was waiting for an update from the staff, I could not go to sleep when I wanted to. I barely received any follow-up communication from them. The bathtub was also slippery, which made me question the cleanliness. On top of that, every morning at exactly 6 a.m. loud bell sounds woke me up, and by 7 a.m. noise from the hallway woke me again. At check-in, the reception did not explain the breakfast at all, so I ended up missing it. Housekeeping staff and even the plumbing/maintenance workers use the same elevators as guests. There is no way this should be called a five-star hotel.

Good location and big room with city view of danang. Location Near airport very convenience to go everywhere in city. About staff Ms.Tram Anh reception who had check in for me. She very good service alway smile. I recemmend for everyone come to Danang.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I’m 2 weeks in my vacation in Vietnam. The receptionist completely ignores my request and the room is moldy, old & outdated. Was having high expectation from using its other facility in Can Tho, and yet the room & customer service are ridiculously decreasing from 10 to 1 star. Kindly take off the “Luxury” in your name to truly reflect this hotel’s state. Thank you.
